“This poor subway is understaffed during lunch times and these poor workers need more help. Terry is a delight as always and despite being swamped with everything she is always positive, a smile on her face and apologetic for any amount of wait time. Highly suggest a minimum of 3/4 workers for a shift that are up front. These poor girls in here shouldn't have to be scrambling to do everything.“

“I cannot say enough good things about Diante and how he runs this store. We placed a large catering order (over 400 sandwiches!) for a company event, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready to go, even coming in to work at midnight the night before. He truly wanted to make sure everything was as easy for us as possible. He and his team were highly responsive and exceeded our expectations- even following up after the event to make sure everything went smoothly. If you have any event that you need catering for, you will not go wrong ordering from the 125 Old Grove Road location!“

“I recommend this location only because you can only have pizza so many times. In our experience whenever we order without being in the store (for pickup) we have a 50% chance of our food being totally wrong. When it’s right, it’s my favorite fast sub place and is ?! But… Tonight was particularly frustrating. We ordered 2 wraps, a bowl and a sub. Every single item was wrong. Of course, we don’t know that until we get home and open the food. I’m not one to call and complain because there’s nothing I can do now at 6:30pm but for $56, I expect there to be at least an effort to customize the sandwiches in the way we took the time to select on the Jersey Mikes app. Make sure you double check every time and from now on I’ll only order in store so I can watch and check when it’s made. Not very convenient with 4 kids, so I suppose we won’t go there often. Sorry!“
