“I'm not normally a cupcake fan, however one day I was near Frost Cupcake Factory and decided to pop in and try something.I was greeted by Aaron who has a great personality. He was hospitable and helpful. My one cupcake turned into four, thanks to Aaron's brilliance. I don't remember the flavors of all of them but these are the ones I do remember24 carrot is a delicious carrot cake base with a creamy cream cheese based frosting. It was sweet but not overly. The cake was moist and delicious. Then there was pumpkin spice which is a fall special. I didn't try this one as we all decided at my house to cut them in half for sharing. The feedback from family was that it was delicious. Then there was one that had a rich fudgey cake base and a delicious creamy coconut topping with some caramel drizzle. It reminded me of those zebra cookies I ate as a child. This was my favorite. It was very sweet so half was plenty for me.The last one was called caramel apple. Someone in my house swooped in on this one and said it was every bit appley and delicious. I have attached a picture of this one.All in all the flavors were a huge hit at my house and I will definately return.A huge thank you to Aaron for making my visit there a success.“
“I was on my way to a wedding and needed to pick up the cakes before the shop closed. I was stopped dead in traffic on highway 17 for over an hour. I called them frantically knowing I wouldn’t make it before the shop closed. A worker offered to meet me at an exit if need be, which was beyond kind, however I was headed further into San Jose. They reassured me by offering to stay late for me to get the cakes to bring to the wedding. If you are thinking about choosing them for your wedding or event I promise they will ensure you get what you need. Best customer service I’ve seen in a year.“
“Had the most delicious and beautifully rustic two-tier cake!! There were very few to no regrets my husband and I had from our wedding, but one of them was that we wish we had more cake :P Both the Lemon cake with Strawberries and the Chocolate Chip cake were perfectly moist and just the right amount of sweet. We received many compliments from our guests saying this was one of the BEST wedding cakes they've ever had, including my brother/Man of Honor who is a baker/picky eater! We are so glad we went with Jen's and are truly grateful to them for being so accommodating from the beginning. Highly recommend!!“
“I booked Nermana for my son's first birthday. I had the theme "the wild one." I was very impressed with how cute everything came out. The cake looked just like the reference picture I gave her. The cupcakes also came out really good. I did red velvet for both the cake and the cupcakes. Both came out delicious, my only critique is that I think the frosting could have used more of a cream cheese flavor. Nonetheless, it was still delicious and everyone ate everything at the party! Nermana was super easy to communicate with and was very accommodating with my pick up date. I would definitely use her again!“
“Maha made a beautiful cake for me and my partner. I needed a smaller cake at the last minute and asked if Star Wars could be added to the cake. She was able to accommodate and the icing was delicious! I will be getting all my future cakes from Maha :) incredibly talented and works with you for your special occasion!I forgot to take a picture of the two cupcakes that come on the side (we immediately ate them after trying the cake). They had adorable mini lightsabers and a millennium falcon on them :)“

“We usually go to Susie cakes and have had good experiences when eating cupcakes at the store but we placed an order for cupcakes for our engagement party and the experience was less than ideal. We ordered them a month in advance and went with their recommendations. The cupcakes were many hours late available for me to pick them up and the quality was horrible, folks at the party were asking if we home made them.We ended up calling them and they gave us a full refund. We hope to have a better experience next time.“
“Popped in on my lunch break to see what looks good, and instantly picked the lemon bar. Excellent flavor and texture: both sweet and tart with proper firmness. Only 4 stars because I've only ordered the one item. Will be going back for sure!“
