I ordered a cake from New York to be delivered in San Jose, and the experience was amazing from start to finish. They took my message over the phone and wrote it perfectly on the cake. I also requested rainbow sprinkles, and they went out of their way to make it happen.
The communication was great throughout. They coordinated everything so smoothly and even sent me a picture of the cake before it was delivered, which I really appreciated since I couldn’t be there in person.
The cake looked beautiful, tasted great, and their customer service was honestly what stood out the most. They made celebrating someone from across the country so easy. Highly recommend!“

“I came to pick up a online order so my interaction was brief and I unfortunately didn’t get the name of the woman at the register but I came in on 3/21/26 @ 2:20pm and the lady at the register was absolutely delightful! She was so nice and so welcoming! Excellent service!“

“The Brown Sugar Boba is good! I bought 2 Vietnamese iced coffee with coconut cloud (not told it's $1 extra per drink) when there was BOGHO. Me & my coworkers think it was ok cuz it wasn't strong. I'll try it again with no coconut cloud to see if it's better.
They don't have rewards system so I'll just buy when there are promotions.“

My friend Charlene picked up the order and shipped immediately to me here in Charlotte, NC. I love your desserts and I expected the box pictured above. I was disappointed because my box was not complete. Below is what I received and what I expected to receive.“

“I needed dairy-free cupcakes and didn't have any good recipes offhand that I had tried - and I didn't want to chance it. So I ordered vegan red velvet from Frost and they were great! Larger sized, great crumb texture, and beautifully decorated. The team was really helpful and friendly when I sent an email inquiry and the shop was really cute when I arrived. I hadn't heard of Frost before but I look forward to going back and trying other flavors in the future! Parking was also easy in that spot, and it's close to 880 which makes it really convenient - always a plus!“

“I got the Oreo Overload. I should have taken a picture but everything on the menu looks great. Very cool seeing the staff make these creations. Very different from getting one or two scoops in a cone or a cup. I still go to other places but Cold Stone tops the list.“

We've now been for a casual midweek dinner, a slightly fancier anniversary night, and a chaotic family lunch — and they nailed all three. The food is consistently brilliant whatever you're ordering, and the staff seem to instinctively read what kind of evening you want and pitch the service accordingly. Quiet and attentive for a date night, warm and patient for the family chaos, smooth and professional for the anniversary. That kind of flexibility is rare. Prices are sensible for the quality on offer. We've made this our go-to for pretty much everything. Lovely place.“
