“The drinks the girl made were very yummy, I ended up having a matcha latte. I also had a black sesame Mochi donut which was very good as well. I felt that the food and ingredients were fresh. Unfortunately I cannot read the service to the best of my abilities due to the fact that there was hardly any interaction. Except for a simple hello, all your orders to take place on the iPad in front of the person making the drinks. Another thing I'd like to point out is it seemed like there was only one girl making drinks at the time and they ended up having a huge doordash order. Since she had no assistance it seemed that it backed up the time, making me wait about 20 minutes for my drink. Obviously not the fault of the girls but I feel the company should do better when it comes to Staffing“

“This place had all the vibes of the perfect donut shop, from the delicious donuts to the lovely atmosphere. Stopped by on break to grab an apple fritter, which was excellent, and the jelly filled options are also excellent. The shop owners were kind and inviting, and I highly recommend everyone stop by to try out their selection. (note: they are cash only, but there is an ATM on site)

Parking: Parking in San Francisco is either super easy or impossible, depending on how lucky you are.

Wheelchair accessibility: Super accessible, at street level and the sidewalk has ramps just in front of the building.“

“This particular branch is located inside Mitsuwa; to the left when you walk in...past Hokkaido Ramen Santouka. They do a great job with the Mochi Donuts here. The Mochi Cupcakes are also very good. While this isn't a standalone venue, the menu here seems to be expanding frequently. In addition to their standard Mochi Donuts they keep adding new items. “They offer croissant donut holes, even stuffed custard-stuffed croissant donut holes. You can get cronuts with different glazes and toppings. Of the old-fashioned donut places around, this one offers the most variety and frills. Why, they even have ube donut! However, most of us thought it just tasted like blueberry. There is also a special donut that they specify as a "devil's food donut" but I didn't find it more chocolatey than your average chocolate cake donut. Just to set expectations for y'all.

They were a hit. Dangerous though. It’s too easy to walk buy the box 20 times and take one little cronut or donut hole. I probably ate a dozen myself.
