Starbucks in Campbell

“Always enjoy coming to this Starbucks on Friday and Saturday mornings. Ben is an incredible barista, he makes every guest feel welcome and I've enjoyed getting to know him over the years visiting this store. I recently came in during a rush when Ben was alone at the register, darting back and forth between making drinks and taking new orders. I was a bit concerned as the situation looked stressful, but he managed to serve everyones drink quickly with a smile. Thank you Ben!“

“Whoever the barista was today — thank you so much for your professionalism! My coffee was perfectly made — rich aroma, balanced flavor, and just the right caramel salt sea foam consistency (not runny)

I’ve had a few not-so-great experiences at this same location before, where the coffee tasted watered down and lacked that strong coffee aroma, and the sea foam wasn’t quite right, too runny. But today was completely different — everything was on point and absolutely delicious. It definitely makes me want to come back for more!“

“Fairly typical starbucks location. You will have the same service and drink quality here as you will at any other starbucks. This location is on the smaller end but still provides a moderate amount of indoor and minimal outdoor seating. It's a fairly busy location and wait times are usually on the longer side for a starbucks of this size. The parking lot is relatively large but there are several stores in the space so I've had times where very little parking was available.“

“I chose this Starbucks because I had never been to this location. In a comparison to others it was not nearly as busy as I am accustomed to being. It was actually slow considering it was a weekday morning.

One glaring fact for me was this facility cost me $1.80 more for my daily products.

One ding is the fact they leave out their "wet floor" signs forever. This makes it appear dirty and unkempt.

The employees were nice. The tea was enjoyed.“

“Jennifer has a very strong service mentality; she maintained a smile from the moment she met me. It was my first time ordering via the app, and I selected the wrong location. She comforted me and helped me resolve the issue. I felt as warm as sunshine! I hope the manager can see this good review .She will make many customers choose this location again!“

“The wait was a little long but i left happy! I came at 9:30 am and there was only one worker with a big order of at least size drinks in front of me so the wait was a little long but she was super nice made my drink Fast and even drew a little smiley that made my day! :) i got the vanilla sweet cream cold brew and it tasted great!“
