We got the squid pasta in tomato sauce, lobster roll, wagyu burger and creamy kids pasta, all very refreshing (not too heavy) and delicious. The patio seating got a good view of the river flowing toward the ocean and the colorful Capitola Village.
This place has incredible staff Larry was absolutely great and so was everyone else we interacted with. The food was definitely a repeat for us and the menu did not disappoint at all. It's a great atmosphere, and a great place to enjoy date night or a relaxed evening with friends. Their menu offers fresh ingredients locally sourced which is fantastic to see. I would recommend this to anyone going to visit the area and will be coming back.
This place was amazing! Me and my best friend went for a graduation trip and they were amazing! Food was so good, and the service was absolutely amazing! Shout out to Larry! All of the servers here are so kind and the atmosphere is amazing too! And the playlist they play over the speakers was so good too! I have nothing bad to say about this place at all!

Pete's Capitola is a fine dining restaurant with a great beach view, located on the edge of the ocean in Capitola Village. It offers enchanted evening views over Monterey Bay, perfect for a date night. The restaurant features a heated outdoor patio as well as fine indoor dining, with decor that is clean and comfortable.
The menu is incredible, with delicious dishes that are presented in a thoughtful and pretty way. Favorites from the menu include the superb ahi appetizer, the amazing tempura crab with lobster sauce, and the exquisite Crudo, which melts in the mouth. The persimmon butter and focaccia toast, the Wagyu Polish sausage, and the Porcini Agnolotti are also wonderful. For mains, the perfect filet mignon, the striped bass, and the Wild Mushroom Bolognese are all standout dishes. Desserts are yummy, including the French cruller with espresso ice cream and whip cream and the Apple Creme Brulee.
The service is stellar, top notch, wonderful, attentive, and friendly. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and not intrusive, making guests feel welcomed. The overall experience is far above the typical California beachfront restaurant, offering Monterey quality and standards for a reasonable price. It is a favorite destination for a wonderful evening.
