“Excellent Customer Service & Professional Resolution

I originally posted a review regarding what I believed to be a billing error at Chin’s Carlsbad. However, after speaking directly with a representative, Howard, I want to commend their professionalism and quick response in addressing my concerns.

Howard took the time to go over my receipt in detail, and we discovered that the Point-of-Sale system deducts a portion of sales tax from gift certificates, which initially caused some confusion. After reviewing the proper sales tax calculations, it became clear that my bill was actually correct. In retrospect, I was mistaken, not the restaurant.

I truly appreciate Howard's courteous and professional approach in resolving this issue. It’s a testament to their commitment to customer satisfaction. Chin’s has always been a family favorite, and I’m happy to say that their integrity and service remain top-notch.“

We got seated and my whole perspective of this restaurant changed. Alberto was our server, he was awesome. He was very knowledgeable on all the food and we were greeted with a great smile. “I ordered the breakfast sandwich served on a pretzel croissant, and it was sublime! Eggs were cooked perfectly. The croissant just added an extra flavor profile I am hooked. This is a little hidden café, literally in front of the library entrance.“
