Based on the reviews, Carl's Jr. is a clean restaurant with friendly employees. The floors are often being mopped and tables cleaned, though one visit had a sticky floor. The food is always delicious, hot, fresh, and not just thrown together. The superstar burger is fresh and tasty. Service is great, and orders come out quick. The drive thru uses an AI cashier that is still learning, but the human cashier double-checks orders. One manager is amazing, treats everybody with respect, and greets with a smile. Other employees are awesome as well. This was one of the best experiences at any fast food restaurant.
