I went to restaurant and had to get a manager and got the run around to get them to get my coupon price of my sandwich’s two French dip for 7. Was going to order kids meal but the advertisement one price and said no it’s not that price and refused to give me that price it is advertised as so needless to say I left with two French dip only which it took forever to apparently make when I got home to eat which is a process at my house because we are diabetic my husband already had taken his meds and needed to eat he ate half his sandwich after commenting wow this is a sandwich it’s more like a snack where is the meat when he got to the other side no meat only like one thin half slice so I who was still getting my blood sugar readings and dealing with meds stop and open mine and what same thing so I called explain to manager the issue explaining we are diabetic and needed to eat now and that my husband ate his already because he couldn’t wait for food he was getting ill beca I took to long to come back he said Np just come back and bring your receipt and I’ll replace the order and kept apologize about the whole problem Np I took pics of food I told him and I can show you I had both sandwiches made that way he again said just bring receipt and I’ll replace your order Np so I drive back and they argue they won’t replace my order just the sandwich I brought back with me to show them they go round with me refusing to fix what they said on the phone the manager says he has to do what the cook says because it’s up to her so I said ok where is she to talk to me nope she wouldn’t even look up and look me in the eye and so I saiid that to the manager I then said I was making poor reviews and posting about this on dB and will talk with the owners then I said call them and ask them would they rather fix this or get poor reviews the manager calls someone walks in back and comes out again saying there will only fix the one sandwich took my number and name then I said so I need to come 3 times to fix one order this is ridiculous I said worse then the mess up is the attitudes of you employees then the cook pops saying you a liar you took food from store you stole meats from sandwich and then complain after you ate food and now want it replaced then I got mad and said you call me a liar and a thrifty you made these this way and you know it and you still aren’t Even fixing the problem you took my money and cheated me at least half a sandwich on two sandwiches I will come Tomorrow to the owner and I will complain on you and write a poor review this is ridiculous then the manager said you’re making customers uncomfortable I said you all make Me uncomfortable I told you I’m diabetic and you are causing me all this upset and diabetes attack he gave me finally a new sandwich after like 15/20 minutes this one made correctly I sat in front of them compared sandwiches took photos and again the cook accused me of being a liar and a thief I said no you are and I’ll deal with the owner manager said they will check the cameras I said good check them and I will be requesting that you’re fired anyway here are the sandwiches first the poorly made one then the one replacement I still expect the other sandwich to be replaced and then some for my gas time and frustration
