“Jamba at Renaissance Creek is not just my favorite smoothie business. It is my favorite business period. The owner keeps the store spotless and completely up-to-date. The staff is exceptionally well trained and exceptionally friendly. Like in any business that hires young people, there is some inherent turnover, but every new hire that comes in is as good as the last. I don't know this for a fact, but I bet this Jamba's turnover is very low for the industry. I do love the Jamba product and have been to many locations, but this location is the best by far. I have been treated very well. My very highest recommendation.“

“Discovered this place by accident and decided to pop in. The lady there was so nice and let me try a matcha drink that was very tasty. they have an excellent menu of drinks and some baked goods that are health conscious and good for diabetics and Paleo type diets. Just think Starbucks without the 10,000 calories but all the flavor and even high nutrient value. Just stop in and check it out and I am confident you will be as happy as I was.“

“Fantastic customer service! I ordered from the app and DoorDash was supposed to deliver. I had a lot to get done at work and didn’t want to leave. After waiting more than 40 mins, the driver marked it as delivered but was a no-show. There were people out from of my work during the time the driver said it was delivered, and my guys said nobody came by. I reported it to DoorDash and Jamba. The owner of the location called me and got this all sorted out, and she even had one of the employees bring me exactly what I originally ordered. “My all time favorite is caramel cream with boba, I used to get black sugar Assam it was good too. All drinks I tried for now did not disappointed me, some of drinks are able to adjust sweetness which is a plus. I always get it with oat milk but I wish they can have almond milk option too.“

“I love this place it's my go-to when I need my pick-me-up the staff is always super friendly even when the lines are long their service is super fast if you're not happy with your order they've always honored and exchange for something more to your liking everything on their menu is completely customizable on their menu just know you can get it exactly how you want it, also I love the fact that they have pups for a fuzzy family members at home!

Kid-friendliness: They always ask if the kid want something to drink and let you know that they do offer drinks without caffeine in them, my daughter loves to get a muffin top and one of their kids size shakes.“

“Got this place after so long as T4 is my main place to get boba since I barely get it, I got the mango milk boba bc I can’t have caffeine and it was 10/10! Their menu has shocked me bc it has so much more food than when I last came so I am definitely going to be back to the try the whole menu! I had the spicy Korean BBQ banh mi with chicken and it did not disappoint and was hot and spicy (just a heads up for those losers who can’t handle spice) and it was 10/10! Don’t worry about the reviews people leave you have to come try it for yourself, it is still a roughly new business I think and I think they’re headed in a good direction offering more food than before and good boba drinks! I will definitely be back again to try the rice plates, vermicelli noodles, and the ones I’m most excited for, saigon street fries! The staff were really nice and really easy going and were talkative with me! “I came to One Tree for the sole mission to finish some work tasks at night. It’s a good size with plenty of seating. I brought the Thai Tea with Almond Milk, agar boba, no ice, and no added sugar. I’m glad I did as it was definitely sweet enough on its own with the sweetened milk. It wasn’t too strong which was perfect for me as I’m sensitive to caffeine. The only thing downside I would say is the bathroom. It was hard to access during the time I was there as there is only one stall and was a busy night. However, I highly recommend this place.“
