“The best customer service on the map. April took my call right before 9 they close at 9:30 I made it there. Got my order and my food was hot the manager served me and met these ladies I almost cried they were so nice. I fly home to NC tomorrow and had to have a SmashBurger and they accommodated I got what I came for and great service. I love them and will be back in October with my cowgirls“

“We got the giant breakfast special. It was big and tasty. This is the most unassuming place and the service is excellent. Dont expect eggs beni with a mimosa. This is like your aunty is taking care of you and she don't have time for that crap. But you know she's gonna serve you up food with love and care. This is no fuss so you get paper placemats, but when I asked for creamer, I got the entire container and told to pour on my own. None of those little plastic containers with the paper top. Hashbrowns were crispy! Not burned. This is the type of place your dad is going to take you to when there's time before school and he wants to make sure you're getting enough before you have to study away. Go here. Feel like you're at home. Trust me.“

“I tried out Big Burger with my dad before a soccer game at Dignity and their cheeseburger combo was solid.
The burger patty is on the thicker side, but has good flavor!

“Ericka and Lizette are excellent servers. But, yesterday they weren't there. The woman who took my order did not acknowledge my "Dine-in" request. Our fries were served to us in Styrofoam, "To-go," and the woman, tall, short hair, was not all that friendly.
However, I have been here many times. The food is a little expensive, but fresh and delicious. The cooks and other workers, besides that one woman, are quite hospitable and respond to my Spanish. I'd give it 5 stars, except for the Styrofoam and that woman.“

You know when you're eating food at one of those special places and you stop and ask yourself.. it this really THIS good?? It's the best, bar none, and it's not even close.

Get the Würst - sunny side up is a MUST. The burrito is filled to the brim with gooey runny egg and the way everything goes together is *chef's kiss*.
I also highly recommend swapping to Kielbasa. Almost no places in the greater LA area even have Kielbasa, so having that alongside all this food is amazing.

The other options are no slouch either - the fries are great (although the tots I'd say are mid), the burgers with eggs are awesome and have the delicious hawaiian bread (Ringer + fried egg = so good).

I really liked the Reservoir Hog too - you can't go wrong with Kielbasa.

They also have outdoor seating, which is nice.“

I’m officially obsessed with the peanuts—ALL the peanuts. 🥜 Didn’t realize until afterward that the fries are cooked in peanut oil, which explains why they’re so addictive. The Cajun fries? I ordered a junior burger combo (of course added jalapeños because I love everything spicy 🌶️), plus a plain unseasoned patty on the side for my dog. He was just as happy as I was. The burger was fresh, juicy, and loaded with toppings exactly how I wanted it.

Honestly, I have nothing negative to say. If anything, I’d love it if they had at least some beer on the menu—seems like it would pair perfectly. 🍔🍟🍺

“First bad experience. Loyal client. Great food. Service was not what I've had in the past. After my meal I realized it was before 5:00pm. Not my usual people working. Older lady with glasses took my order. Cheeseburger combo. I think she overcharged me. Last time I was there the pastrami burger combo came with a salad. I didn't get a salad this time. I asked her and she said it doesn't come with a salad. Asked for diet Pepsi and I'm sure she gave me regular. I didn't want to deal with her. Went to my truck and got my can of diet Pepsi. Great food. Just not my day dealing with her.“

“My wife and I come here maybe at least once a month and maybe twice a month if we crave the chicken salad party platters. I would come here more often if they had a location closer to Cypress. I was sad to hear they closed the Long Beach location. I enjoy the food here and it is a fairly healthy place for a fast casual food experience.“

“Went through the drive-thru today, expecting an average interaction at the drive-thru. The person working the window was very pleasant and helpful and gave recommendations on the sauces. Once I got home with the food. We were actually surprised that the sourdough jacks weren’t the usual soggy sandwiches but were actually put together well and had a nice toasted butter flavor to the bread. The tacos also seemed to have fresh lettuce! We were VERY surprised with the quality of this order. This Jack In the Box impressed my family!!“

“The restaurant & restroom were clean. The $5 pancake deal proved excellent. The 1st visit, the server took an inordinate amount of time to order & serve. The 2nd visit, the server brought a half-filled container of strawberry syrup and insisted they never served strawberry ice cream. We got it the 1st visit.

“Yo this jack in the box was actually legit good (minus the heartburn I got). But like I walk in and I expected your average jack in the box service and meal. My usual is the home style Chicken Bacon ranch sandwich thing so I went for that today. My expectations were low from other locations so I figured I’d get the same quality. But I was mistaken! The sandwich actually had lettuce and tomatoes! Other locations usually add the two smallest thinnest leaves of lettuce and tomato followed by very little amount of ranch. But this location got my sandwich loaded with lettuce and two hearty slices of tomato. It’s looks just as it’s advertised. Would definitely go back there again if I am ever in Carson. The fries did taste like they were cooked in old oil as well as the chicken having a darker color on the outside. But still overall good.

Edit: forgot to mention the restroom. Now that restroom was disgusting. There was caked caca on the toilet seat, stains on the bowl and it smelled.“
