“Seriously, this is one of the best places in the 209 area code... I've eaten here a number of times and the food is always good. I like that it is freshly prepared. I like that the food isn't fried. At the counter, you can see into the kitchen and it all looks very clean. There are fresh flowers on the tables. There is no loud music or televisions playing, which is part of the appeal for me because I'm often eating with someone who has trouble hearing, and we can enjoy a conversation. The servers are attentive and seem like nice people. I've also taken the food to go and the same generous portions show up in the to-go containers. I hope you'll give it a try.Parking: I don't mess with the parking right in front of the restaurant. I park in the spaces to the east of the restaurant. It's always easy to find spots there.“
“Pizza is as unique as you will ever see but as good as can be. I'm originally from Monterey county but lived in Turlock for 10+ years and I can legit say this spot is one of the best in Nor Cal and the Wings!! OMFG!! the wings are some of the best I've ever had, ever!! Their some of the best and I recommend them to anyone who likes wings! Parmesan garlic wings are their specialty but all are so good and big and juicy and crunchy and OMG I'm driving from Monterey to get these wings tomorrow. Thank you for your existing!“

“Despite what the signage says, this place is George's Gyros. When you walk in, George will be the one taking your order. After you order, he'll immediately turn around and start making everything fresh. Once you're served and satisfied, then he'll ring you up at the counter, but not before. He seems to prefer that his customers enjoy their meal before paying.It seems he even made all the paintings on the walls himself too, all of which are incredible.George does everything. And everything turns out amazing. The food is fantastic here. Fresh, hot, and he seems to pass some of the savings of running the restaurant by himself on to the customer, so the whole menu is fairly priced for the quality. It's the mark of a great restaurant when you finish eating and get hit with the temptation of ordering more for the road. Definitely give George's Gyros a try. It's one of the best Mediterranean restaurants in the area.“
“Went here for my birthday lunch a couple months ago and had Bruschetta, crab cakes, and chicken parm with fettuccine alfredo. This is my favorite Italian restaurant in the 209. Their food is always hot, fresh, and super flavorful! I can't come here without getting the Bruschetta and chicken parm. They also have a very tentative and freidnly staff. Truly a hidden gem of Modesto. 10/10!“

“We love coming here! We came in today and had Christian as our waiter. He did an awesome job, and he very polite and respectful. We started off with the espresso martini and a Long Island iced tea, 10/10. For appetizers we got the flaming cheese with pita (so good) 10/10. We also tried the crab cakes today. They were not my favorite, had a bit of a fishy taste. Next we had a Greek salad 10/10 and the lemon chicken soup 10/10 (my favorite). We then got the fresh fish brochette w/ veggies and rice pilaf. This was delicious!! 10/10. I got the chicken Marsala w/ rice pilaf and veggies. The rice pilaf and veggies were very good tasting but I did not like the chicken Marsala sauce. Overall, food was amazing I usually order the pastas and they are great too!! 10/10 environment, service, and food!“
“The food was really good and the portions were perfect. The waitress was so sweet she brought us everything we needed. I would definitely eat here again if I was in the area. The inside decor was nice and kitchey-ese. The hummus and Peta were delicious, too. Very homey. The meat for my gyro was perfect and fell apart as you chewed it. Lovely all around.Parking: There limited parking and the parking that is there is like one or two hour parking.“
“Hello we went to bingo the other day Me and my wife we attend quite a bit but that night we won so it was our night I guesss but then we win three time that evening blazing balls olive oil and Betty boop I was shocked but it is what it is So I would tip the people but there was one person that wanted bigger tip since she was the one giving the pool tabs to us but it happen that we won by her selling us the pool tabs then this particular volunteer her name is Julie she was nice at first and then she would come and sell us some pool tabs everything going great until she talked around to the other volunteers and told them don't go to that person cause he don't tip well so no one came to us and sell us any pool tabs or anything Mind you I was tipping the caller and the person counting me the money plus I was nice enough to give the person that sold me the winning pool tab but she was expecting more of a tip and. She told me directly to me and my wife the only one that was grateful was Alfred the bingo caller he.
