“Love coming here! I’m a regular and come here every morning for the Low carb menu. The L2 sausage egg and cheese is so good! The Guatemalan hot coffee is so delicious but I’ve tried it for 2 years straight so I’m already getting a little bored of it. Extensive menu for sure! So many items to chose from.

Best of all it’s conveniently located by the 118 fwy and to make things better the customer service is exceptional. They always greet you and don’t make faces when you make big orders unlike most places.

“Mike at Mama Donuts decorated our donuts as a turntable for our daughter’s 50th birthday. It was a vinyl record party theme! The donuts were amazing! The decor, the taste. They fit the theme and they were scrumptious. Mike was so great! He was responsive and his customer service was excellent. I highly recommend Mama’s Donuts whenever you want donuts!“

“Incredible bagels but the 5 stars are for the great service. They heard me debating two bagels and gave me the extra one I didn’t get for free when I said I was from out of town and wasn’t going to get to come again. It was so nice of them to throw that in! The pretzel special on Thursdays is incredible!“

“The perfect hole in the wall bagel shop! I come here whenever I can, I usually order the lox sandwich with chive spread on a bialy, it’s perfect everytime. Always fresh and they are always super nice. Definitely a neighborhood staple, best bagels in town in my opinion“

“I grew up on Einstein Bros Bagel in San Diego and LA doesn't have many. When I found this location in West Valley I was so excited. The parking is a little busy but the Green Chili breakfast sandwich is worth it! The employees are extremely friendly and quick to serve. I love stopping by and having a quick breakfast.“

“Best Bagels and Breakfast“

“My girls and I ate here this morning. We’ve been traveling and wanted something that didn’t taste like we were eating out. This was it! The best of both worlds-delicious breakfast sandwiches that we didn’t have to make or clean that tasted like something we’d make at home. (You know. If we knew how to make amazing New York style bagels! Which we do not!) We each got a different breakfast sandwiches and sample each others and they all were amazing. My only regret this morning is that we didn’t try the Maplehouse. Next time! Definitely recommend eating here.“

“I love the bagels here they’re always fresh daily and they have the MOST delicious homemade cream cheese. I just wanna climb inside and pull the lid closed. It’s so good.

They also make really nice toasted bagel and cream cheese and sandwiches.“

“I walked in to a huge line, so I started to complain but when I tried the bagel it was so worth it. The service was great! All this was amazing so I’ve been going here for 6 years here.

Vegetarian options: The workers are fine with any replacement or add on and there is quiet a few vegetarian options such as the cream cheese on cheesy jalapeño

Dietary restrictions: They have fruit and different types of bagels and cream cheese etc so it meets any dietary meals.“

“The manager is very friendly and professional. I am in a wheelchair, and some of the front desk staff ignore me. I came with my nurse. She waited in line twice and told them I needed to order, showing I was where the handicapped sign was. Both times, they ignored her and went to the next customer. When I said you sipped me, they said I have to wait in line. I did three times but they ignored my nurse. The staff also does not assist my nurse. She was sold two tiny cream cheese instead of the ones in the refrigerator. Plus i do not get a bakers dozen ever. They sell 12 but i say its 13 and they corrct me. I never have these issuss in Van Nuys. Nor when the manager assists me.“
