My bf and I love Popeyes but this location was our first time and they definitely messed up the order. We headed over after work since this one was on the way home. It's not our usual location that we go to but for convenience sake, we went for it. We luckily found parking right up front too. Large parking lot and it's a newer shopping center. Food was hot and ready pretty quickly, was able to put in an order for the Cajun turkey which Andres walked us through the process which made it a breeze. I would prefer an online option, but at least the pen paper process was okay. While waiting for my food he was able to work through a challenging guess and stuck to standard procedure when a guest misunderstood the situation.

Went to the Popeyes in Chatsworth on Mason Ave. this evening. They usually serve decent food, however the last two times I've ordered the food there it was cold. I also ordered a side of fries and they dumped cold overcooked fries on top of the chicken, beans and rice had no beans in it, and the biscuits were like rocks!
