“Roselle's food is consistent, fresh, and high quality every time. It's my go-to place in town for dinner. I am vegan and don't drink alcohol, whereas my husband eats nothing but meat; they have plenty of vegan options and bowls with meat add-ons, they have a list of mocktails that are delicious and refreshing, and they are his favorite burger place in town. Every time we've been here has been a positive experience.“

“Sitting here tonight, I realized that I've never reviewed this place. It's my favorite taphouse ANYWHERE. Reasons.... variety. Always changing, and the knowledge of the staff amazes me. They can talked about the breweries and what they offer, with an uncanny knowledge of what would work for YOU.Reason two. Pleasant staff that remembers who you are and what you drink/like. We live 60 miles away, and only can drop in six to eight times a year, and the staff is so kind.Atmosphere. This is not a Chico frat bar. The clientele is working and professional class, nicer stidents, with just the right amount of bright and happy conversation in the background. It's a place to ENJOY an drink and not get smashed.“

“If you are not intimately familiar with this place and a regular patient, then basically I don’t know what you are doing with your life. Carlos makes incredibly good food, the portions are solid, the drinks are delicious and not a rip off, the bartenders are nice and fun, it’s just a great place. “Connor was our server and was especially patient this as a family of 6 it a 4 year old in tow. It was a lively evening where everyone tried something new and all of it was delicious. a really nice lady whom I am sure was either an owner or part of the management team, brought our little one crayons to color with while we waited. Her the gentleman manager/owner also helped clear out first course and Conner kept our wine glasses from being empty. We had a lovely time. Thank you to all of the staff that assisted us with our evening!“

“we booked the tackle box for our work holiday party and it delivered big time. Our theme was cowboy christmas and the venue was perfect, they even had the DJ cowboy that night which was absolutely perfect. The staff were all great and definitely went the extra mile. All the food came out on time and everyone was happy with the choices. Also a big shout out to the bartender who kept 60 plus guests well hydrated and happy!“
