Subway in Chico

“I've been coming to this Subway for the past five years, and it has always had amazing service, especially during the busy lunch rush. Since the new ownership took over, a lot has changed. The new crew a few months ago wasn't a great experience.
The one exception is Abby. I've seen her working here for years, and she has always been friendly, professional, and incredibly fast. It's really unfair that she's often the only employee working during the lunch rush. Even by herself, she does an amazing job serving customers quickly while staying kind and welcoming.
The owner should schedule more employees during the lunch hours. My son is in high school, and he says that last past years there were always 3 employees working during lunch, so students could get in and out quickly. He says last year was always one employee several times I really wish they had kept the previous staff. The young ladies and young man who worked here were always fast, friendly, and provided excellent service.“

“I'm genuinely glad the Subway franchise at Notre Dame Blvd has officially closed. In my experience, it was one of the most inefficient and poorly managed Subway locations I have ever encountered. As a customer, the service was consistently slow. Even a quick stop often turned into a lengthy wait, making the overall experience disappointing.

This location however is exactly the opposite! Overall, this location reflected great management, excellent customer service, and an healthy workplace culture.“

“Great customer service!! The new store is very well done, very clean and super easy to read the menu's. My husband and I, love how Subway and Mama Deluca's Fast, Delicious Pizza are both in business with each other!! If someone isn't feeling like a sub sandwich, they can go for pizza, or vice-versa. Great place to take the family as well.“

“The employees who work there are super nice. It's always nice to see their smiling faces there. Unfortunately, the computer that they use keeps freezing for whatever reason, and that explains why I got free food from there, which is weird. I hope someday they fix this problem in the future.“
