“If you’re a fan of sour beer—or even just curious about it—this place is absolutely worth visiting.
It’s surprisingly rare to find a brewery in Southern California that focuses almost entirely on barrel-aged sour beers, and Sour Cellars does an incredible job. Every beer I tried had its own personality, with complex flavors from long barrel aging that you really don’t find in typical craft beer.
If you’re new to sour beers, I highly recommend ordering a flight. It’s the best way to experience the different styles and understand how unique they are. These aren’t beers you rush through. They’re meant to be sipped slowly, almost like enjoying a fine wine, with each one revealing different layers of fruit, oak, funk, and acidity.
I also appreciate that they stay true to what they do instead of chasing trends. This place feels like a hidden gem rather than a heavily marketed brewery.
Sour beer definitely isn’t the most mainstream style, but that’s exactly why more people should know about places like this. If you’re open to trying something different, this brewery might completely change the way you think about beer.

Garrett, the most amazing bartender to live gave us samples and let us choose exactly what beer we wanted!!! and then he went so far as to order my DoorDash order for me after the kitchen closed, and made sure I got my food!!! five stars on everything thank you so much Garrett and thank you so much. “They know how to brew a beer. Every beer is as advertised, and high quality. We stopped by nearby breweries and were disappointed. Claremont Craft Ales makes great beers, has engaged staff, and is dog friendly. This is an amazing brewery. Come often.“
“You can always tell if a brewery is actually good at brewing if they have a great pilsner (there's nothing to hide off flavors). Stereo Brewing makes great beer! The vibe, decor and sound is awesome, like 1960s/1970s album cover art in a brewery package.“

“Very cool, very chill place. I loved the unique seltzers (marshmallow for me, complete with Graham crackers and chocolate on the rim of the glass) and the fact that the music didn’t have to feel like I was in a club. We were able to relax, talk, watch the hockey game, and soak in the vibes.“

“I must be perfectly honest. Truly an establishment you all need to try. The different house brewed beers are UNBELIEVABLE! I am one that loves a dark stout. The Nitro Irish Stout, is one of the best I have ever had. No lie, you all need to get yourselves off the sofa and get down here, you will throughly enjoy it. Also, they have great food!!“

“Just tried DTB for the first time and was very impressed. every single beer in my flight was delicious and had a balanced flavor profile (which I can't say about any other place I've tried). Trivia with Mike on every second Friday of the month (Mike is awesome). Great vibe. Very friendly to non-drinkers, kids, pets, etc. TONS of board games to play.“
“A very nice brewery that should serve all of your drinking needs. It has a welcoming atmosphere, designed to feel like a library (books included!). I spent some time with friends from work, and everyone had an enjoyable time. Merch is available to purchase at the front counter. I was able to order from a nearby restaurant using a QR code and get my food and drink delivered to the bar, which should make this a good place to hang with friends even if you don't want alcohol. They also have trivia and board game nights; I haven't attended any, but I bet they'd be fun.“
“Mt.Baldy Brewery serves their own brews. The staff is friendly and always professional. Some nights food trucks serve hot meals, check the website for the schedule. The Brewery also hosts a variety of special events. I've enjoyed live bands, underground pop up comedy groups, Carolers, and tonight was PaintNite. We painted a lovely scene including the Eiffel Tower. Christina taught the class. She takes us through the process and guides us with directed lessons. Everyone from beginners to those with Art Majors enjoy her instruction. Everyone goes home with a painting they are proud of and it's all done in 2 hours. We paint, laugh, and have a great evening with friends as we cheer each other on as masterpieces are being created. You should join us, it is always fun!“

“I have never been a fan of beer, typically preferring other liquors, but I wanted to find out what kind of beers I like so I know what to order when I'm at breweries with friends. Abby accommodated my requests to sample pretty much every beer on tap. Well I must just not have had good beer, because pretty much every one I tried was at the least, fairly decent, and at the best, honestly delicious. They are knowledgeable about the specifics of what they're serving, and more than generous when helping decide what to order. Props to this place for being so patient with my indecisive curiosity.“

“Food was excellent 👍 My daughter and I started with pulled pork BBQ fries, shared a half platter that came with brisket, pulled pork and two jalapeno cheddar sausages plus three sides.
Lastly, we finished off with bandana pudding. It was our first time going and we'll definitely be back 👍“

“Couldn’t believe how fantastic the breakfast burrito was. Certainly don’t have high expectations at the airport at 6am. Just something to hold you over before a long flight. Boy, was I wrong! Fantastic burrito. Everything was legitimately fresh and delicious. Very, very impressive. Also- the general manager, Matthew, is an awesome guy.“

“First time visiting Luchador on May 4th and had a great time. The service and the beer was great, the music by DJ Andy O was vibing and the food was good. I highly recommend the guacamole and chips.“
