“This is one of the most popular Thai restaurants in Chino Hills as is indicated by the crowds waiting to get seated. Food is authentic and flavorful. We love the yellow curry, roti, pad tai, pad se ew, Thai coffee, drunken noodles and Thai BBQ chicken.“

“We love Thai food, and these flavors were top notch! Especially the peanut sauce with the chicken satay, and the spicy lime sauce with the crying tiger (beef) and moo yang (pork) specials. The mango sticky rice was good. Mango pudding more like jello.
They had some interesting papaya salad variations, too. Next time!“

“My wife and I are big fans of Thai cuisine, and last night we decided to try Signature Thai Bistro. We were intrigued because it occupies the same space as Supatra's, a spot we used to frequent years ago before the change in ownership. We called ahead to make a reservation and were seated promptly within a minute of our arrival. My wife follows a gluten-free vegan diet, and Thai food has always been a reliable choice for her. She called in advance to ensure options were available, and the staff was accommodating. Our server, Paul, was outstanding. He went above and beyond to ensure the kitchen was informed about my wife's dietary needs, making the experience seamless and stress-free. Here's what we ordered: Tom Kha Soup: Excellent, bursting with rich and vibrant flavors. Summer Rolls: My wife loved them--fresh and perfectly prepared. Mango Mood drink: Another hit, beautifully balanced and refreshing. Wine: A familiar choice for my wife that paired well with the meal. String Beans and Eggplant: Very delicious, with bold and flavorful seasoning. Crying Tiger: Unfortunately, this dish didn't meet my expectations and is one we wouldn't recommend. Overall, the food was excellent, aside from the Crying Tiger, and the service was exceptional. Special thanks to Paul for his attentiveness and genuine kindness.
