Starbucks in Chino

“I ordered inside, it was very busy at the time. Probably a lunch rush. Unfortunatly my order was missing my sandwich. I'm not sure what happened but I told batista who made me a new one which took an extra 15 minutes. There was several other customers who had missing items from their orders as well. The batista were friendly and helpful but to just leave orders on the bar without anyone making sure customers received what they ordered was not good.“

In the morning, neither Grandson and I enjoyed some tasty Oatmeal with its nuts, almonds, raisins and its sugar. Coffee and our Chiz Denis bun. a complete breakfast“

“I'm mute, so I usually use my phone to order through the app. On the rare chances that I don't have a Starbucks gift card, I would order through my notes app and show them words.I understand how it can be annoying to just be flashed a phone, but the workers (cashiers and baristas alike) are very friendly. You can tell they are pretty close to not only one another, but also with the customers as well. As someone who has stayed at the location for hours or just an hour in-between my shifts, all the workers are very welcoming to everyone and some even know certain customers by name.Thank you to all the employees who are not only accommodating to me, but also such a joy to the employees.“

“Location was closed for remodeling and they were able to still accommodate me and my order that was placed at another location by accident. The manager or district manager came out, gave me my coffees and they were so incredibly kind and accommodating.“

“The BEST employees/team including managers I've ever known! I don't even know where to begin. The staff here is incredibly welcoming, so friendly so sweet. They go above and beyond! Starbucks is so lucky to have these employees. I've seen how other customers are treated, everyone walks out happy. Despite the closer starbucks locations in my area, I drive the extra mile just because of how amazing the customer service is here. There are many loyal customers that only come to this specific location. Whenever you see a lot of customers returning it tells you something very special about a business. I hope corporate understands how lucky they are and recognizes the excellent service provided by the team.
In addition, this location has always remained clean, organized and my coffee is always made right. Thank you“

“I've been to a lot of Starbucks, but this one is lit!!💯 This dragon drink they made, really got me craving more. I'm seriously impressed with the baristas on this order. The texture, how it's made, the flavor, it is seriously impressive. I'm also on how the baristas work as a team. I didn't see any bickering or arguing. Everybody focused and stayed on task. They know how to get the job done. Well done Starbucks! Well done!“

“I think this is the second time maybe third time that I've been to the Starbucks inside the Target on Grand and pipeline in Chino. For being pandemic times everybody stood in line w/their masks on 6+ feet apart, there was one lady working. she just helped each customer when it was our turn. then her second person just got back from lunch or showed up and it went faster but very nice. My drink was right and tasted great.“
