Buffalo Wild Wings in Chula Vista

“This is for the BWW in Chula Vista/Otay Lakes. Food was good. Atmosphere usual crowd, sports on every TV screen. Our server wasn't very attentive. I had to constantly ask for napkins, utensils and the check. I only saw the server to take our order and to finally get the check. There wasn't a big crowd at 3:30 Thursday afternoon. I much prefer the one in Santee.“

“Jeremy was our server at Buffalo Wild Wings in Chula Vista (Check #60064), and he absolutely crushed it. He was incredibly attentive and consistently checked in on us throughout our visit. After having several bad experiences at tgis restaurants where servers disappear especially during a good game with an empty beer glass.

He always asked if we needed more napkins, cleared empty plates right away, and, most importantly, noticed when my beer was almost empty and offered another without me having to ask. He kept me and my family well taken care of the entire time.

What really surprised me was finding out that Jeremy usually works in the back cooking. I told him straight up—this restaurant needs you out front. He is the face every restaurant should want representing them.

Unfortunately, not a single manager checked on us the whole time. They walked around, but no one asked how our experience was. Customer service should always come first, and Jeremy clearly understands that.

If you’re going to Buffalo Wild Wings in Chula Vista, Jeremy is the server you want. Amazing job!“
