i LOVE this bakery. it's right across the studio where i dance and it's always nice to be able to run and grab a snack. everyone is so nice and they even have coffee that you can prepare yourself. i'm so picky with my bolillos and theirs are AMAZING. let's not even talk about their conchas, so yummy! dense la vuelta y visítenlos si pueden .
I pre-ordered a large concha for Saturday at 9:00 , 4 days before but when my sister arrived to get the concha they said they didn't have an order and that we ordered at the wrong spot. After I told my sister absolutely not we ordered there the lady said it was still in the oven and not finished yet. We told her that we had pre-ordered it days before and she responded "yes but things take time, they take time ok?" which is super confusing why order days in advance if when we need...read full review

I was excited to try the Mexican freshly made sweet bread from La Concha Bakery located on E Street in Chula Vista as I had passed this location many times. As soon as you walk in the bakery, you can smell the delicious bread. My sister once brought me a 3 leches cake that was delicious. I'd give it 5 stars because it was very delicious and would go back again.
