McDonald's in Chula Vista

“As soon as you walk in there's either a young man with glasses or a young girl with glasses (sorry I don't have their names!😕) there to greet you and they are absolutely wonderful! They're polite, helpful and well mannered. At first I was embarrassed that I didn't know how to use the kiosk, I even felt old! But each of them has helped me and the anxiety went away immediately! Not only are they knowledgeable but also very very veerrry hard working! Non-stop speed walking the whole time I was there. Please tell them thank you for me!

“The drive thru employee was friendly, the cashier was friendly, they asked me to park, the food arrived shortly after parking and it was hot. I got 10pc chicken nuggets and a Mc Double cheese burger. Both were hot. Idk which one I was waiting on, but most of the time the item you wait for is hot while the other food has cooled. Both my items were hot.“

“Typical fast food experience. There was nothing bad about this place, just nothing stood out as extraordinary. Sometimes, a single joyous cashier can change your dining experience. Again, no one was rude or anything, it was just a "ho-hum" visit.“

“Been coming to this location since 2008. The food is always the same as any quality McDonald's locations. I had a McGriddles sandwich and large McCafe coffee every single breakfast. I ordered and chose for my food to be sent to my table via app but my order number always gets called to be picked up at the counter.“

“We went to this fast-food restaurant to get some burgers and fries. We placed our order at the drive-thru window, and we expected to get our food quickly. However, the staff told us that our order was not ready yet, and that we had to pull ahead to wait for it. They gave us a number four, and they said that we had to park at the designated spot with the same number. They were not clear about the directions as to where to park, and they did not point out the spot for us.We drove forward, and we saw two rows of parking stalls opposite each other. We assumed that the spots were numbered from left to right, so we turned to the left row and looked for the number four. We were confused when we did not see it, and we realized that we picked the wrong side. The numbers on one row went to the otherside went to four. We had to drive all the way around the parking lot to get to the other side, where the number four spot was. This was very inconvenient and frustrating, as we wasted time and gas.We finally parked at the correct spot, and we waited for our food. We only had to wait approximately five minutes, which was not too bad. However, we were still annoyed by the staff's lack of clarity and the poor design of the parking lot. We wished that they had given us better instructions, or that they had made the numbers more visible and logical. We hoped that our food would be worth the hassle, and that we would not have to go through this again.“

“This is a good McDonald’s. Of course each McDonald’s is just a McDonald’s, standards are not super high but there is better McDonalds. Either way, pretty good McDonald’s, food is great and good service but sometimes for bigger orders in the drive through, they ask you to park and they’ll bring your order which is annoying cause you wait. The service is very great but in rare cases, some items are not available and I ordered through the mobile app, so they have to give us an alternative. 4.3“
