Waited at the counter for at least 5 minutes, no one acknowledged, and everyone just kept walking by without an order being taken. I had to go to the drive-thru to get service, and even then, it was bad
We're no longer in covid lockdown anymore, and they're talking about "Let's get digital." I get the modern solutions, but not convenient for the majority of individuals who have cash/changes.
