Don't order through the drive through they WILL skimp you on the servings
I ordered in the Drive Thru and when I pay and left (after 25min of waiting) I checked my bag and I was missing half of my order, one of my kids meal only had the noodles and I was also missing my cheese ragons. Went back to the restaurant and talked with one of the girls, I know this can get very stressful specially with how demanding and busy are in the drive thru but I talked with the girl and she was very mean to the other lady who gave me my order in the drive thru and she...read full review
Food was great, and outdoor seating was very convenient, but unfortunately, the lack of English at this panda express kinda frustrates me. When one of our entrees was not ready out of 9, we just told them that we wanted to start eatting, and are willing to wait for the string bean chicken that would come on the side, not in the plate. Panda Express on Auto Parkway Chula Vista is a popular spot, especially for Teriyaki Chicken lovers. The location is great, and the restaurant is clean, with good customer service that is fast and courteous. Special recognition goes to iLiana for her top-notch smile and professional service. However, some recent visits have noted minor issues, such as smaller portions and price increases. While the food remains delicious, there have been complaints about the chow mein and fried rice tasting subpar. The fried rice has been described as old and cardboard-like, while the chow mein was noted to be hard and flavorless. Additionally, there have been concerns about the quality of utensils, as some customers reported pieces of plastic breaking off during their meals. Accessibility is convenient, with great parking for elderly visitors. Overall, this Panda Express still maintains its reputation as a go-to place, even for those with specific preferences.
