“This place has been around for a few decades it is a unique Chinese food place .
Highly recommend the wonton soup
And the Chinese combination.
The interior of the place is not too eye appealing, the bathrooms should be better
but the owner doesn't want to invest in a nicer appealing bathroom.
As for prices they can be pricey but they have a lunch special if you are tight on a budget.
As for service depending on the day you go it could be anywhere from server to more servers on busier days.
As for parking it is free and there are plenty of spots to park. They are closed on Mondays..“

“I have been coming to this Chinese Restaurants for as long as I can remember. Their food has always been delicious but their customer service was definitely not there. Because of this, I previously gave them a one star. The staff were always rude and their phone line was basically non operational. I continued to have takeout or eat at the restaurant despite this because they sell the best salt and pepper chicken wings in San Diego. Seriously, they are a must try. I'm not sure what changed but I've noticed the staff are much nicer now. These are the same folks that have been running the place for years. The food tastes better when the workers are nice and constantly checking if you need anything. It is so much better than having grumpy staff around. Overall, there has been significant improvement in customer service. The palace also feels homier and parking is not bad.“

“This place has been one of my go to lunch spots for work and will miss it in my retirement. It's not fancy but it's good food at a good price with the nicest owners and that's what makes the difference to me.
My favorite order is the spicy orange chicken and/or the chicken skewer with steamed rice. Always delicious.
The woman behind the counter is the nicest around and gives the best portions always making sure there's enough sauce added on top for extra flavor.“

“My family of 4 had dinner at Pho Convoy last night. Simon is just incredible. My husband put too much chili oil in my daughter’s pho leaving it inedible for her. We were ready to order another bowl but Simon stopped us a from doing that, he took her bowl, tossed the spicy broth and gave her new broth. Very sweet and great customer service.
We also had the egg rolls and chicken vermicelli. All very flavorful and filling. The place isn’t fancy, but it’s cozy.

“I got a two entree plate after work yesterday, very tired and the young lady at the register was very sweet. She was really patient with me when I asked her about the food and even offered a sample of their refreshers. I believe her tag read Melonie/Melanie. Definitely one of the better experiences I’ve had at this location. Will be coming back.“

He was absolutely incredible, extremely friendly, welcoming, energetic, and genuinely made the entire experience better. “Location is busy every time I come to eat here. Just a few suggestions. First spend more on quality dining utensils. I've broken off pieces of the black plastic forks you offer, more than once and I dont feel like spending more would make a huge difference in your overall profit margins. Second, please turn the music volume down. If I'm dining inside the restaurant I want to feel invited and comfortable, not blasted out of there. 3rd, your juice drinks need to be offered in the regular cup sizes. Not the special clear plastic cup. That doesn't make sense to me. The amount of times I.come to eat, we should be offered 1 free refill on the juice drinks ie; lemonade etc. Lastly, I was bummed to find not all locations offer the same products. Why? I tried your dumplings at one location, then came to this location to find you aren't offering them? That makes zero sense.“
