It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review but this was honestly a horrible experience. The person who helped me was talking to someone on the phone through an earpiece the whole time I was ordering, she seemed like I was inconveniencing her by coming in to buy sandwiches and having her put them together. They seemed to be half listening to my order and didn't include the sauces that I requested multiple times assuring me that they did add them. I will not be returning to...read full review

However, visiting in person could be a better option. During busy times, the young man with long brown hair and glasses stood out for his hard work and friendly service, deserving a raise. On the other hand, another customer faced issues with an online order that didn't go through properly, leading to a long wait and confusion when trying to pick it up. Despite eventually receiving the food, the uncertainty about online orders might discourage future visits to this Subway location.
