Tables were all dirty when i arrived soda machine was really watered down and this is probably the smallest most pitiful subway sandwich ive ever had wasted my lunch time coming here still hungry after a footlong. Not to mention there were no paper towels in the bathroom.

Customer service was lacking. I understand we all have off days and move through things, however it's not good to let that reflect in the service you give, especially food service

The lady that was working had 0 awareness. I also had to repeat myself 3 times to get my mobile order (my guess is that English is not their strong suit)

Subway offers a convenient location with a not too busy atmosphere. Online orders might not be reliable, as some customers received different toppings than ordered and untoasted sandwiches. However, visiting in person could be a better option. During busy times, the young man with long brown hair and glasses stood out for his hard work and friendly service, deserving a raise. On the other hand, another customer faced issues with an online order that didn't go through properly, leading to a long wait and confusion when trying to pick it up. Despite eventually receiving the food, the uncertainty about online orders might discourage future visits to this Subway location.
