But this place is actually really good, got the tacos Dorados with cheese and guac, they were delicious, guess others went on a slow or bad day. I will be back here again..... price is a little up there, as the taco dorados are $4 with everything. They are cash only....“

“This was the first time trying WezzArepas and it did not disappoint! The arepas were perfectly crisp and cheesy with a hint of sweet! The empanada was flavorful with a generous amount of chicken. Lastly, the Salchipapas could easily feed 2 people. It was generously topped with lots of flavorful ingredients. We will def be back!“

“I love food, one of the best taco truck in the town. It's located in front of the beautiful Arcadia park with plenty of convenient parking spots, picnic tables and benches. So far we tried nacho, beef taco, fi sh taco, asada fries, quesadillas an3d horchata. They were all really good!
My only request is about the way it gets served. While the disposable styrofoam plates are so convenient, it melts! It got melted by the quesadilla and the fries.

Please please put a layer of foil before putting the hot food on the styrofoam plates. I would love to keep coming back if it's safer“

“I was looking for a good taco place and I came across Covyd Tacos on Yelp and decided to try them. Unaware that they were just serving on tables under a shade during the evenings, I gave them a try and ordered asada and cabeza burritos. I became a regular after that night and they practically knew me by name. Their burritos are very delicious and their servings are generous. They also had quesadillas, and a variety of tacos. They also have Al Pastor which is really tasty. They do not accept credit cards but they accept Venmo payments. I now miss their tacos and burritos since I was only in La Puente for 5 weeks but would be their customer again if I go back to La Puente, California again.“

“Food always hits here, especially the Al Pastor tacos. Everything is freshly made there with amazing flavor. They have a table with enough condiments to add to the food you get. One time they got my order wrong and gave me 2 asada tacos instead of 2 Al Pastor tacos, they gladly fixed the issue and gave me the 2 Al Pastor tacos that I ordered and I kept the other 2 they gave me at first. I have lived in whittier my whole life and I can say that the food from this food truck is the best from any other food truck I've had.“

“It was my first time at this park. We were there for a birthday party. Considering that there was a baseball game and 4 birthday parties going on, the park was not overcrowded. We had a lovely time.

Playground: There's a paddling pool for toddlers. They really enjoyed the water.
There's also a batting cage and a designated baseball zone. Plus, they have the regular swing sets and the slide.“

I usually get the vampiros de camarones a la diabla and they are perfect ?? I highly suggest double checking on their Instagram before heading out to see them. Sometimes they have altered hours or are elsewhere doing a special event. “My husband and I stopped here one day after he got out of a long days work, we were craving the Dubai strawberries cup and let me tell you it did not disappoint this cup was very big very very packed that it was so heavy it had so many fresh sweet tangy strawberries that went so well with the loads of creamy rich chocolate and pistachio cream we were very impressed it was coming out of the top That's when you know it's good they totally did not skimp on anything although I'm addicted to the pistachio cream so next time I will be getting extra extra extra of that in there cuz who doesn't love pistachio cream right, their service was awesome The woman at the register let me know everything they had to offer they had some really cool astrology themed crepes and coffees and other sort of drinks as well which means they have something for everyone, I believe they were open till 3:30 on the weekday that we went it was not packed but on the weekends it's very very packed That's how good they are if you're in the area or even if you're not it's worth it to make a trip down here especially if you're in love with the Dubai strawberries cup like me and my husband are it will not disappoint I promise!! We honestly can't wait to go back it's a must try for sure. “Great tacos, plenty of meat. Love the Carne Asada tacos for the kids, and mine are the tacos al Pastor. Great taste. I love the options for the Salsas, they have green salsa mild (for the kids) and a darker green that is more spicy. They also have other options if you are craving nachos or fries. If you are in the San Gabriel area, give it a try, you won't be disappointed. The Aguas frescas are also good. I love Jamaica, and my kids' favorite is the Horchata.“
