Their teas are so good. I orders the Black Milk Tea w/boba, 30% sweetness. I could have gone up to 50%, but still you could really taste the ratio between the tea and the milk( I think they use non-dairy creamer). Simply satisfying. Also, their boba is of perfect sweetness, and texture. I also suggest their Lychee Green Tea, adjust the sweetness to your liking. I love their teas. I love this place and I've never been disappointed. The food is always good, it's always hot. Staff is efficient and competent and helpful. This will always be a top spot for me. Top recommendations include: beef tongue plate, Taiwanese sausage appetizer, and the regular milk tea with red bean!!!

While I do miss their old tea room, I do think this new boba shop format will be much more successful for them! There are plenty of seats for dining in with free parking! The hot pot was flavorful and filling, but would pass on the grapefruit green tea for another milk tea based drink.
