“I love the consistency of the teas, 9/10. However, due to not knowing which barista you'll get, you'll either get 10/10 service or 5/10. Its a bit of a gamble when it comes to service but if you want a place where you know exactly what you are going to get when it comes to tea, this is for you 7.5/10“

“I love 3Catea and been to all their locations. This specific spot is not the best compared to the others. Although the biggest of all the locations, plenty of seating by the wall, available restrooms, and spacious area are the pros, the cons is mainly due to the wait times. The amount of times I had to wait over 30 minutes for 1-2 drinks is pretty insane.
When it's busy I understand, but when there's not much orders and yet the orders take a long time is a bit unacceptable. There's also no explanation from the staff even though there's a TV that shows the progress of the order.

Drinks here are good quality. Of all the drinks Ive tried here, the old Oreo Brulee was spectacular. The oreo sprinkles along with the creme brulee on top was one of the best drinks made ever. A shame that they discontinued it but occasionally, they'll bring back returning drinks with a discount promotion which is pretty nice.

Overall, a decent shop that's a hot place for people to hangout at, could use some improvements in their delivery of getting orders out but besides that, high quality overall.“

“The products are extremely consistent from one store to another. This particular store wasn't very busy during our visit so we didnt wait long for our bowls. Customer service was great and tge place was spotless when we sat down to eat.“

She told me Dr. Ramirez would make sure I didn’t feel any pain. I ended up having to have 2 teeth extracted and with no pain at all. I have a new Dental office! Great job ladies 😁“

“It was first time trying the coconut jelly. I wouldn't say it's a jelly it's more of a pudding. The place looks beautiful it is very clean and bright and elegant. The touch of gold but not too much give it that prestige. We got something that looked like the mango Sago. It was delicious and sweet and it did not feel too heavy. Definitely something that you can try on a hot day and looking for something to refresh you. Prices of bits High maybe because it is coconut. The containers are cute and so are the bags to go. They also have drinks as well so if you're looking for a drink they got them.“
