“Really fresh and tasty hand rolls! The quality of the fish and rice are good. The place itself is small and meant more for take out. There is outdoor seating in the outside area as well as some limited seats inside but I'd recommend taking it to go. The have the seaweed packaged in a way that it stays dry during while you transport it. Definitely a great place for a quick and healthy lunch. Use the website to pre-order and avoid lines/waiting. Their presentation is also fantastic and a nice touch.“

Stopped by Poki Tomik while passing through La Verne for a meeting and had such a great experience. Ricky helped me build my poke bowl and was incredibly kind, and friendly. I had a specific sauce request and even when the bottle wasn’t working, she went above and beyond to make it right.

It’s refreshing to come across a place with staff who are truly customer service driven. Thank you for hiring people like Ricky she made my visit a great one. I don’t live in the area, but I’d definitely stop by again!“

“When craving a poke bowl, this is my go to location!! I've referred friends and coworkers to make the drive to enjoy these poke bowls!! I love coming in here and ordering a 3 item, 1 of salmon and 2 of tuna!! All the add ons are so yummy!! And their sauces are top notch. Service is always friendly and welcoming. I always order to go but perhaps one day I'll actually sit in and enjoy my meal in the nicely decorated restaurant. I also would like to mention, parking can be a bit difficult with the Karate place next door. :)“

“The best Asian Cuisine I've had here in Pomona coming from Los Angeles I expect a lot of flavor and just good food which is hard to find here in pomona unless your eating Mexican food. So this is my go to place anytime I'm craving Asian food. You will not be disappointed 😌“

“Came here with my family after seeing Cava was busy around 6:30pm dinner time. Cute young lady was working alone, while the other was on break. Handled 4 bowls very well by herself and kept an amazing attitude! Very impressed with how generous she is with the bowls, definitely worth your money! “Always mine and my family's favorite poke place! Although Jimmy's Poke across from the Walmart is a lot closer to us, Mr. Poke is just top notch, may I say the GOAT. Jimmy's doesn't compete with Mr. Poke's freshness, portions, and atmosphere; Jimmy's is way too expensive for just 2 bowls of poke, and has gone downhill ever since they opened. Jimmy's menu was inconsistent and had quite a few stuff out of stock last time I was there in 2025. However, Mr. Poke has really stepped up with newer decor, quality consistency, and even adding on a stamping system for rewards that'll make us loyal customers come back for more.

Although not fully packed, their patrons sure have increased compared to the first time I tried them in 2020, where there was practically no line and only 1 employee. Not a long wait, but it can get a small line even on the weekdays, so it'll depend. But it's always clean and quiet with a few tables and seats. In addition, they added another employee to the line when I visited today 6 years later, demonstrating how they've grown in reputation.

Ultimately, I'm glad to see a small business growing and getting the recognition it deserves, so I highly recommend them to keep it up! 👏“

“went in today 6/20/26 at about 18:20 and the person behind the counter with an alternative hair style, piercings, and a full beat of makeup was probably the best server ive had the entire time i have visited. they were attentive, quick, and was able to ring us out (2 bowls) within 5 minutes by themselves. this poke place has always been a favorite for the quality of food but the service definitely makes me want to come back more often. i love the stamp card too 😆“
