“Wife and I decided to try Aromas for lunch today. What an amazing experience! The students were all turned-out in professional service uniforms, the place was spotless, attitudes were positive and professional - just a great feeling for Lake County. On one wall is a white-board with listings of where grads are now working -and there were some top Napa and Sonoma restaurants listed - very inspiring. Keep in mind that many of these young people come from VERY disadvantaged backgrounds. If this program helps pull them out of poverty, homelessness, substance abuse, and a bleak future - everyone should seek to support it. And the food! Beautifully presented! We both had Pho which was perfectly balanced with a deep flavor-profiled broth, great noodles, perfect beef, together with fresh basil, lime, peppers, sprouts and a seriously legit hot-sauce.“
“Lovely if not particularly inspiring fare in a restaurant hidden from the main street. 4 stars because everything was perfectly acceptable, however there are other places within a few miles that offer higher quality food at the same price point and better access to parking.“
“Clean and well priced. Update.Still good food and decent prices. Food was delivered quickly. Paid $37 for my breakfast and my daughters plus tipped 15% for great service and fast seating.UpdateWent back again a few days later. Horrible service. Took 15 minutes to order our drinks and get menus. Another 20 minutes to place our food order. 10 minutes to get our mozzarella sticks. And 10 minutes after our food came. We were served after 3 other tables even though we got there first. The country fried steak was really tuff, veggies were REALLY REALLY GARLICY, Mozzarella sticks had no flavor and had fish batter as the breading. Sodas tasted watered down.AND FOR THE LOVE OF GOD. DON'T USE THE TOILET. There was poop stains on the rim of the toilet under the seat. The toilet was loose and there was water all over the floor.“

Fantastic comfort food, satisfying the belly and the heart, served and operated by the owners, it really doesn't get better than that! The sandwiches are large, so definitely can be shared, and the sides are homemade all the way. Great selection of local wines, Brass Field, Cache Creek, and variety of beers on tap, and a full bar selection. Give it a try, for sure not to be a disappointment“
“If you haven't eaten here yet, well, you are missing out. The finest hole in the wall in all of the county of Lake. Lol. Wonderful service, and such tasty food and beers. We had the Ellisian space dust and the Little Sumptin Sumptin beers, along with the Cowboy burger with a fancy green salad with fresh croutons and ranch. My husband had the roadhouse double patty burger. So good! Come up the mountain to Loch Lomond. Just on the cusp of Cobb! They have a new breakfast menu as well!“
“I would 110% recommend this place There food is absolutely amazing. I've done some traveling and been to other countries. Their food doesn't compare, the quality and taste is amazing. Also the service is outstanding, always extremely nice and friendly. You feel welcomed and you are taken care of. The environment is very clean and well maintained. “Awesome pizza, really friendly staff. People come from all over the lake just to go to Pogos because the pizza is so good. Oh yeah, and they have homemade ranch that is so delicious. I don't use it on my pizza but I do use it on their salad bar which is great, not many places have a salad bar anymore.“
“This is our new pit stop when we travel from Humboldt to Sacramento on Highway 20. The burritos are huge! We picked up two on our way to fly out of Sacramento and could only eat one so we brought one to Hawaii and enjoyed it there! On our way back we stopped again and it really is a great road food choice for that drive! The hot salsa is a green salsa and is very good, I will be getting an order of that for later use next time! Great staff and a clean dining area with TV to watch if you are alone and a full bar that joins the restaurant. We were driving, so we didn't get anything from the bar. Perhaps sometime we can try a cocktail when we are not in a rush. We did get horchata both times too which is another nice treat for the drive and theirs is perfectly made. They were kind enough to double wrap our burrito order because we were eating in the car and we had the spicy green sauce added to the burrito on the second trip through so we didn't have to try and do that in the car driving. Please drive safe on the 20 and enjoy the beautiful scenery and local food options like this wonderful little restaurant.“
“Very busy place during lunch hour. This restaurant was recommended to me. Their chicken sandwich is always amazing. The special was chicken fried steak. Staff was polite. Wheel chair ♿️ access was available but a little challenging due to tight seating areas.Parking: Probably about 10-15 parking spaces. One handicap space next to building.Wheelchair accessibility: One handicap parking space. Tight dining area.“
