“I can't say enough wonderful things about Flour Girl! Finding someone who can do both gluten-free and dairy-free isn't easy, and the fact that her baked goodies are both delicious and beautiful is just the icing on the cake (if you'll pardon the pun). My husband is both gluten- and lactose-intolerant, so we've tried a wide variety of GF/DF baked goods, and Flour Girl's are just the best. The texture is light and moist, the array of flavors is ASTONISHING (and creative!), and the presentation is gorgeous.“
