“The “Red Steak” was a 10/10 perfectly season! If you pair it with the mussels you are in for an even bigger treat! Personally would skip the Jamba if you want an authentic jambalaya. It was personally too sweet but the shrimp were cooked perfectly! Overall DSRT CLUB is a must if you are in the area“

“My husband and I stopped in here for lunch after reading other reviews. I can honestly confirm the exceptional reviews. The atmosphere is very Hard Rockish with lots of fascinating memorabilia throughout, along with awesome large rockstar artwork. Music is great, along with large screen tvs and nice bar overlooking the golf course . There's an outside patio that looks to be set up for live entertainment, as well as other outdoor seating overlooking the golf course. The food was excellent! We shared an order of calimari fries and the cocktail sauce was great with a nice zing from the horseradish. My husband had the lunch special pizza with pepperoni and smoked chicken. I had the Italian pinwheels and fries...thoroughly enjoyed them, as they were stuffed with meats, cheese, etc. We would both order the same again, and plan to go back. Sadly, we both failed to take pics of the food, but did capture some of the fun interior. Our server was so friendly and welcoming and truly attentive. Definitely pay a visit.“

“Stopped at Shields today. We had breakfast, followed by a walk around the gardens. So many trees had fruit on them, just going to waste. Signs all over saying "don't pick the fruit." Instead of letting the fruit rot on the trees, why not pick the fruit to sell or even donate to a food pantry? I was saddened seeing all the fruit going to waste.“

“My far away the best French restaurant in the valley. My wife and I have been coming here for the last five years since we moved in La Quinta. Food and service is always been consistently good. However, this past year it has been exceptional. The service, ambience and food have been even better than in the past. The menu is a traditional French menu. Everything on the menu is worth having. The hostess was very friendly last night. We have always asked for Evan as our server. He was out sick. We met Ray for the first time last night. Sublime service. Friendly, knew the menu inside and out. Enhanced our experience. The only complaint I have is that they will be closing for the summer in May and will not reopen until sometime in September. We will for sure be back in the fall. “

One of the only thing that sucks is the pricing really doesn’t make sense single cheese burger avocado and bacon is 9.99 but with the double is five bucks more. Along with a hot Vanilla Latte, I ordered a blueberry muffin- “warm please”. It was delicious, soft and airy, with a nice amount of blueberries. It’s a good portion size and I only ate half, the rest of the portion I had the following morning… it was still fresh, soft and airy. If you have a sweet tooth for blueberries, the Blueberry Muffin is a good choice.

This location has a drive thru, the barista who took our order car side had such a great attitude, very polite and friendly. Considering the triple digit weather, his customer service was stellar!

Aside from the muffin, I ordered a hot Vanilla Latte. It was okay, it was an ordinary drink.

If you’re ever in La Quinta, I would suggest stopping by.“

“Not overly sweet. Plenty of dairy free options. What I appreciated was the rainbow sorbet..it wasn't the typical food coloring artificial kind. They blended their raspberry, coconut, and mango sorbet for the rainbow sorbet which was delightfully pretty and tasty.

“I was visiting from Canada and celebrated the release of a debut music video at a place no more fitting than Big Rock! It was my first time here and I couldn’t believe how jaw-dropping the entire experience was. The glass-encased piano below my feet and the guitar-shaped door handles already had me grinning from ear-to-ear before I even stepped inside! The place got more magical as my eyes wandered in delight at all the musical wonders to look at throughout the well-used space - walls, floors, and even the ceilings were covered in signed guitars and incredible artwork. I tried their smash burger (subbed with a vegan patty) and it was delicious! I loved how it was served over tater tots instead of a bun, and its presentation was top-notch. “I loved their cold brew coffee! It's hard to find a place where coffee tastes so good on its own,bI didn't even need milk or sugar. My friend had the Vietnamese coffee with oat milk, and she loved it too. I recently traveled to Vietnam and drank Vietnamese coffee every day, so I was excited to find a place that does it so well.
