We weren’t even talking to our waiter at the time and didn’t realize he was within earshot, but my friend had mentioned how good the potatoes looked and that she wished she had ordered them. A few minutes later, Sal surprised us by bringing them out to the table. It was such an unexpected, thoughtful gesture that completely made the experience.

“Eight Desert Divas dined at Sí Bon Restaurant in Rancho Mirage on Thursday. We were celebrating one of our own lovely Diva's birthday. We made reservations ahead of time (thankfully) because they were VERY busy. It is a popular place. The service was excellent. The menu was great. They offer a summer menu which includes a three course dinner for $32. They also have a happy hour menu. I ordered the meat loaf dinner and it was delicious and plentiful. Others selected steak with fries, tacos, mussels, and a few other items. There were no complaints at all. They even brought out a birthday chocolate mousse with a candle and 8 individual spoons to honor our birthday girl. Our server was wonderful and he gave us separate checks (which we always appreciate). It was definitely a special night and we highly recommend Sí Bon. Be sure to make reservations ahead of time. You won't be disappointed.“

“Friends of ours have brought Luna grill food to our home, but this is the first time we actually went ate at the restaurant. The service is amazing. We were approached no less than four times by different servers asking how we were and if we needed anything else. The food is excellent. The pita bread is warm and tasty and the food portions are very generous, and delicious as well.

During the week it’s a laptop and chill kind of place but people do chat and the atmosphere is bright and welcoming. Really a hidden gem in plain sight. “I was just invited for my Birthday Afternoon Tea Celebration at this wonderful venue! Everything was perfect..The food, the atmosphere, the staff and Willie himself! The attention to detail was much appreciated. Lovely tea service, the live harp music, beautifully presented food. Our waiter made sure our yummy Vanilla Earl Grey Tea was always refreshed and hot. Highly recommend this cool and elegant restaurant! Can’t wait to come back!!“

Even though they were having issues in the kitchen, the staff went above and beyond to make sure all patrons were comfortable, happy, and enjoying the experience. I had originally ordered my food to go but changed it to dine-in last minute (totally my fault). The kitchen had boxed up my food as a to-go order, and one staff member apologized and gifted me baklava as an apology. Completely unnecessary but so sweet and kind. I will definitely be back!

I’ve had GOOD pizzas, but it’s been over a decade since I’ve had an innovative one. These are works of art, very well done. I love the rockabilly vibe too. “I really wish I would have taken a picture of my vanilla yogurt bowl but I just dove in! It had bananas, strawberries, and blueberries. All of the fruit was sweet and looked absolutely delicious. The granola was still crunchy and the yogurt was fantastic. I also ordered a brown sugar white mocha iced latte and it was to die for. Creamy, balanced, not too sweet, not too acidic, and just flat out worth the calories. This family owned and run business is my new favorite spot for a morning or mid afternoon pick me up!“

“My experience at DSRT CLUB was stellar and judging by how busy it was on a Monday night from opening at 5 until 6:15 when my party left, I think that sentiment is shared. The food is perfectly seasoned, sauced and curated for a delicious dinner to share or for yourself. The ambiance and decor inside is so charming and aligned with everything else in the restaurant including our 10 out of 5 stars server, Anoushka. She was so warm, attentive, and truly beautiful and made our experience one to remember. I will 100% be back.“

He learned his Banh Mi skills from his legit Vietnamese friends in Garden Grove and brought them here in Palm Desert. What an awesome guy! He even makes his personal sauces! The pastries were so delicious, and the Sueno coffee completely blew me away with its orange and vanilla flavors—perfectly balanced and not overly sweet. I would’ve never thought of this combo in a coffee, but it’s amazing! I’ll definitely be back for this. I think it’s my new favorite coffee flavor. I also tried the Calabaza coffee, filled with cozy pumpkin and fall spices—so delicious and comforting. The staff is so friendly and incredibly helpful with the menu, and it really adds to the experience. There were about 20 people in line ahead of me today, but it was totally worth the wait, and they still got the drinks out impressively fast. This place is truly a gem—I can’t wait to try more of their coffees and matchas! ✨☕🍊🍂💛“
