“I hadn’t been to a Subway in years, but while I was in Indio today (08/28/25), I decided to stop by—and I’m glad I did. From the moment I walked in, I noticed how clean the store was. Everything looked spotless, which gave me a good impression right away. Looking through the glass, the meats, cheeses, and vegetables all looked fresh, neatly arranged, and well taken care of.
The two employees working at the time really stood out. I didn’t catch their names, but they were both very professional, friendly, and helpful. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure my order was prepared just the way I wanted it. That kind of customer service goes a long way and made the visit even better.
Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed my stop at this Subway. The combination of a clean store, fresh food, and great service makes a big difference. I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I’m in the area.“

“I was in town visiting family, wanted to try something new and saw brown bag. Wanted to say one of the best sandwich spots in the valley! Had the Ron’s little Italy and trust me it’s huge! Worth the price!! Also tried the Austin’s smokehouse, the BBQ was the best one I have tried from places, house made is the way to go! I will visit again and recommend this place to friends.“

The very nice employee named Jenny was working solo because the other employee was on mandatory break and Jenny quickly got everyone taken care of with a smile and kind words. “The 2 girls working this morning were very friendly, they made personal recommendations that I ended up trying out. Even with the power being out this morning they were very high spirited which was refreshing since I was stressed prior because my Drs appointment was pushed back from the power outage and I had some time to kill. Glad I stopped in. They both deserve a raise. Lobby was clean and well stocked, bread and cookies were fresh. Everything was on point from start to finish.“
