“My wife and I stayed here for a one night getaway for our anniversary and I cannot speak highly enough about it, the staff was great, the room was great, the food was great, the pool and spa were great, cannot wait to go back! It is a bit of an oasis in the desert, very cool Spanish architecture as well.“

Great choice.Pricing was reasonable, nothing too expensive.“

Hear me out...Wandered in there because it had been a long time since I'd been to a Carl's, and I remembered liking the old "Western Crispy Chicken" sandwich (crispy chicken, cheese, bacon, onion rings and bbq sauce). Went inside, scanned the menu, and couldn't find it. So I asked the woman behind the register if they still had it. She said no, but then immediately offered to make one up for me! Special order.
