“After walking the ever so steep San Francisco Hills in this area on the way to China Town, I stumbled upon a quaint little food shop with a tiny little woman by the name of Jasmin.

Entering you are greeted so warmly and kindly.

Her restaurant is not so big. The menu is big and obvious with all the ingredients posted. She serves beer and the theme of the place is very nice.

After taking the order, she quickly hopped over to her cooking area and whipped out the order as quickly and efficiently as it could be. When I got there, a few people trailed right after me and she served them just as well she had her system down.

If you're in the area, I would highly suggest dropping by and picking up a quick bite at Jasmins. ?“

“I've been to In N Out several times as a visitor their food is amazing each time way better than another burger restaurant with a red and yellow logo, the service is always good and acceptable for the amount of people in the store never have I waited more than 5 minutes for food and the prices are unbeatable especially for the west coast. “Excellent breakfast sandwiches from a buzzy burger place at the Outer Sunset Farmers Market weekly on Sundays. The waits are long, and the lines are longer, which is a testament to the deliciousness of the food.

The breakfast sandwich was smashed pork (their thing is smashed burgers) on a biscuit with eggs and honey. And the honey really steals the show add depth and contrasting the saltiness of the pork.

They also make a pretty great lemonade as well.“

The mole was rich, thick, sweet, with a good amount of spice - personally would have preferred it a little less sweet and a little more spicy, but that's just my personal preference for mole. It was still very tasty! The concha french toast though? SHOW. STOPPER. I could go back once a week to eat that and never tire of it. The cafe de olla is delicious as well, and pairs great with both the savory and sweet breakfast options. Please give this place your love- sometimes viral restaurants ARE actually authentically good, and this place commits to Mexican cuisine in a way by abuela would be proud of.“

“Always so conflicted when I like something this much and it's in the Marina. This place was terrific and the true measure of its value was in the taste of my burger. After much deliberation, I went with the Heritage Bison burger with applewood smoked bacon, fontina cheese, and caramelized onions. It was superb. The bison always has such amazing flavor, rich but not greasy or fatty, just mouth-watering goodness with each bite.

Just go and have it. Now. It's really, really good.

“Last Saturday we ordered a lot of food from the melt. The whole crew was working overtime and we all ordered multiple items and the crew absolutely killed it. Lady working the cashier was absolutely amazing. Sweetest lady ever. The cooks were amazing and they have a very good crew working. The only names I received were Mar, Janeka, Dom and Tone but everyone was incredible and we definitely will be back.“

“Staff is nice. Food is good. Baja tacos are good & the California burger & onion rings. Love the soft serve ice cream, especially the chocolate. This location is exceptionally nice, spacious clean, they do need a little more attention to making sure table have been wiped down but overall clean. Lovely outdoor eating area, spacious indoor dining.“

“Small unassuming restaurant but burgers and fries are very very good. It's not fast food. It will take time to cook your order but it's worth the wait. Price is relatively cheap considering the big portion and high quality of the food. Friendly staff. Place is clean and quiet because everyone is enjoying their meal. It can get busy once all the nearby restaurants close. Oh, I also like the milkshakes.“

“Whiz always has the most friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. They offer alternatives if they are out of something and recommendations based on what other people get. For example, a Sprite float with Mitchell's mango ice cream is a game changer! Their food is tasty, greasy (in the way you expect a good burger to be, not overly), and well seasoned. I highly recommend getting their ranch as well to pair with your fries or burger. Overall, when I want a burger or some comfort food, Whiz is high on my list!

“I don't know if crispy is what a cheesesteak traditionally is, but it's what it should aspire to be. This place was an accidental choice based on where we were, and it was excellent.

Dietary restrictions: I have kind of an unusual sensitivity, and the fellow behind the counter was willing and able to answer my questions so I could be confident ordering.

“The super duper burger (I added cheese and bacon) was delicious. Juicy and fresh. The garlic parm fries weren’t that great IMO, but maybe the regular fries are better. But I’d still give them 5 stars because the burger was so tasty. Service was fast and friendly too.“

This spot is conveniently located on the corner of California and Laurel with parking available in the rear. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating, so you can enjoy your meal however you prefer.

🍔 Truffle Burger
I tried the Truffle Burger special, two ways: one with a regular bun and one with a ciabatta bun. This burger is a masterpiece—caramelized onions and melted Jack cheese pair perfectly with the rich truffle oil that coats every bite. It's phenomenal! While the ciabatta bun held its structure well and offered a heartier bite but overall I think I prefer the classic bun for its balance. Also, definitely ask for some ranch on the side and pour it on before your next bite—it’s a great bite for sure.

🍟 Garlic Fries
The garlic fries are next-level, loaded with garlic and topped with six-month-aged white cheddar. Absolutely delicious!

🍴 Extras
They’ve got a self-serve soda fountain with ketchup, mustard, and spicy pickle spears. Grab a Dr Pepper or Coke and pair it with a few pickle spears—it’s a surprisingly good combo.

🍹 Refreshing End
After your meal, cool down with their iced tea. Add some lemon and sugar for the perfect finish.

Overall: This place delivers on all fronts—flavorful food, great vibes, and a solid setup. I know they are a chain but if you haven't had super duper, it's definitely worth a visit!

The place (family market) is a nice corner store that sells everything from liquor to groceries with a kitchen attached (The big baba)! We tried their Philly cheese steak and it’s super tasty and filling! We tried the kofta plate and the chicken shawarma plate. The meats are great and the side fries are super tasty and crispy! Garlic fries is a bomb! Prices are fair, food is delicious, and quantities are big. Highly recommended! Will be back!“

“Patties are cooked medium. That is the default. But you can get other levels of done-ness if you ask nicely enough. The beef is tender and juicy, however it's cooked. Condiments and toppings are all top-notch. Good cheese selection. Fries? Cooked in tallow, as they should be. Crispy and delicious. You'll be missing out on something great if you don't get one of the malted milkshakes here.“
