“I went on Feb 12 2025 to 1199 n mt Vernon Colton Calif about 10-1030:am after I went to flu study it was raining I went to report symptoms. On the way to bus is jack-in-the-box I went in to order bus went by . I asked if had ice coffee they said yes you have to order on kiosk. I explained I can't see out of left eye and my dominant hand has 30% use. They said sir you have to order on kiosk I tried couldn't do it so I left to catch bus to San Bernardino“
“My friend and I got hungry early hours of the morning approximately 1 a.m.. We placed our order through the drive-through, then the young lady took our order we got our food pretty fast and we were on our way. Everything was separated from one order to another in different bags only thing my food was a little in the cold side so I ate what i could and disposed of the rest.“

“I was pleasantly surprised when the cashier was nothing but respectful to the homeless man as he asked at least 50 questions about what comes with several different combinations and the sizing of said combos, so he could assess what items would provide him with the most food for the few dollars and change he had to his name. That took patience, I'm sure, that not many people would have in that situation. I applaud the young man behind the counter and the manager for hiring him. That meal was important to this homeless man and if anyone had been in that position that didn't have empathy and compassion for his fellow man, that situation could have been ugly, I know because I have seen it! The food was hot and yummy too!! Good job Jack in the Box!“
