“We found Angelo's on our way to the Long Beach airport before returning to Fort Worth and had the good fortunate of meeting Angelo himself. This place is like being in Italy and I can say that because we have a second home there! We grabbed a couple of sandwiches to go which were outstanding. The products in his store are all what you would find in Italy and if I lived anywhere close, I would be a regular shopper here. Angelo, grazie mille per la meravigliosa ospitalità! “This place stays busy around lunchtime. So I suggest placing your order by phone if you don't like to stand in line. The cashiers are friendly and take orders fast. The place is neat and very clean. They have a huge variety of drinks, chips and dessert. The prices are along oar with every other deli. They have a nice variety of sandwiches. If you want a salad they make them fresh. They have a wide variety of bread and ingredients you can add to your sandwich. They also have hamburgers, turkey burgers and fries. You can order your sandwich hot or cold. The food tastes really good.“
“Good small family owned spot. The staff is super friendly and helpful if you have questions. Theresa helped us and was knowledgeable about the menu and made good suggestions. I see her help others make selections as well. Not only was she helpful but had a mailed for everyone that came through the door. The BBQ smells delicious but we went for a cold sandwich. Next time will definitely try the BBQ. We got The Guido which is a fully loaded Italian sandwich with Ham, Mortadella and Soppressata . It's everything you look for in an Italian sandwich, the meat is quality and the ham has a nice smokiness. The bread is super fresh and soft and fluffy. The acidity from the dressing cut the fatty delicious nature of the cured meats perfectly. They have a good selection of soda's that are made with real can sugar which is nice. They have a small patio out front that is dog friendly. Definitely will be back for both the food and the great service.“

“I woke up craving Spaghetti and Meatballs..and found this place.. Ordered a full pastrami sandwich and spaghetti and meatballs..Upon arrival, i realized that I have been in this place before, about 25 years ago or so.The spaghetti and meatballs was phenomenal, with 3 meatballs, and sauce to spaghetti ratio on point.Pastrami sandwich had the perfect moisture and flavor, just the right amount of mustard, would have like a bit more pickles but still a great sandwich.I hate that I didn't get the names of those who attended to me, but 100% great customer service.Safe to say. This is going to be a must go to for me at least once a month..“

“Was craving for a good italian sub and found this hidden gem near my work! Located across from the hospital. Parking was easy; street and parking lot behind the restaurant. Inside was filled with Italian goodies. They sold alcohol, cookies, bread, pasta, cheese, etc. Towards the back of the restaurant was tables to sit down and enjoy your sandwich. Came here for the 1st time with my coworker and we tried the Classic 6' sub with 2 sides. I got the macaroni salad and broccoli salad. The sides tasted ok to me but could be better. However, the sandwich was very tasty. I love how much meat and filling it was. I ate it all! We got a piece of tiramisu and that was very very good! The prices are affordable and the portions are huge. Definitely a place to go for lunch or anytime you are carving for a good Italian sandwich! *TIP: call to place your order if you are in a time crunch. We waited for 30 minutes for our food.“
“What a great small but cozy deli this place is, places like these are what make me happy. As soon as my family and I came in I was greeted by nonetheless proud owner Hugo, what an amazing guy he is! As a first timer I always appreciate suggestions, and therefore I was recommended a Turkey Havarti and let me tell you it was nothing less than Exceptional! My wife and I really enjoyed the Pesto sauce and the panini was perfectly toasted as well. My wife and I tried both the potato salad and the macaroni salad and on the side we added a Caprese Salad*** I enjoyed both as well but I preferred the Macaroni salad. The Caprese Salad on the other hand was a star on its own, from the fresh mozzarella to the balsamic vinaigrette dressing, I was pretty impressed! I will definitely be back to try their Tri-Tip sandwich but I'm pretty convinced it's gonna be very hard to beat the Turkey Harvarti. “I tried Apple Spice when a vendor brought it for my coworkers and I. They were able to provide lunches based on our dietary restrictions such as dairy free, gluten free, and vegan. The sandwich was tasty and made with soft bread. Would be happy to have lunch from them again.“
