The front desk receptionist Victoria was so lovely she helped my family with whatever we needed help with. She was very pleasant, patient, nice and displayed great customer service skills. We were there for 3 days and each day the continental breakfast was GREAT and had something different to eat each day plus waffles which were DELICIOUS. I would recommend the Crystal casino and hotel because great customer service, cleanliness, and a wonderful continental breakfast.“
