The server must have overheard us and sat us at regular table near by. He was quick, funny and so nice. My friends always tell me how great Lucilles happy hour is but after our experience, it may be my favorite!Great place to hang out before a movie. Ample parking. Food and drinks ? but the service? Chefs kiss!“
“Dined here for brunch with friends. They have indoor and outdoor dining spaces. I appreciated that they had overhead heaters. The food was very flavorful and well cooked. The waiter was polite and attentive. I definitely will be revisiting.“
“Decided to head out into this atmospheric river of rain to get out of the house! My other half loves bbq, so Lucille's it was..We had fried green tomatoes and a couple of drinks in the bar. The bartender was super nice and attentive. We ordered our dinners to go...so far, so good! First time eating here, we usually just order food and pick it up. The restaurant had a steady flow of patrons and everyone we spoke to was friendly! We will be back again, thanks for the great food..“

“This is a very pleasant place to have a delicious, leisurely meal. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The gentleman who took our orders was receptive to what we wanted and perceptive to what would provide us with the breakfast experience we were looking for. “Went there today just before closing. Purchased oxtails with candied yams & rice and gravy. Excellent tasting, the gravy was delicious oxtails were falling off the bones and the candied yams were very good also. Did not really like the corn bread dressing. “This is an American restaurant franchise with a really cool atmosphere. This is a motif from the movie Forrest Gump. The atmosphere is still really cool and nice. The food seems to be lower quality than what I've had in the past at the Las Vegas location. It's a pity.“

“This was my first time and the food was delicious. I had the pork chops with gravy over rice, yams and greens. The pork chops was tender and the gravy was finger licking good. my sister had the gumbo and it was good. Not too spicy. Even the home made lemonade was good. I will definitely be back and bring my friends. The owner was very friendly and nice.“
“This spot is in the hood of south central LA... the chicken is bomb af. It's crispy, juicy, & delicious, even on the second day. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. It's to go only. They take all forms of payment, even Tap & Apple Pay, which is a win. They have an ATM, too, but it looks like it has AIDS tho, so use that at your own risk.? I suggest the spicy chicken, mini sweet potato pie & onion rings.“

“This was a word of mouth tryout. It exceeded my expectations. The outside looks regular, so I asked a couple of people I saw leaving with food their opinion they too gave it the thumbs up and recommended the lemon pepper chicken. It was yum but they have a few flavors that aren’t the norm green chili lime, delish, lemon pepper drizzled with chili, definitely a return visit, garlic parmesan fries were nice. And my fav was the watermelon slushy. Yum.I will be back. Gonna try the cranberry coleslaw next time.“
“We ordered Dinner combo 9. We got our order after 15 minutes, which was quick. We tried the red snapper, and it's was good. The seasoning needs more spices, but the light coating was okay.The fried oysters were tasty, and the shrimp hit the spot. The sauces need to have more zing and tang to it. The fries had less salt but were not crispy enough. They have lots of fish to choose from. They also have chicken menu.Overall, this was a good place to order seafood and take out dinner. They don't have tables inside, so you have to eat in the car or take it home.“

I noticed some concerning reviews for my favorite Crenshaw location but a local recommended I check this one out. I ordered the lunch portion meatloaf, mac n cheese and mashed potatoes with an extra cornbread. It was just as delicious as it was the first time I tried it. This is a take away spot or you can eat outside as there are a few table and chairs set up. The portions are generous even when it's the lunch one. I get extra cornbread because it's just that good. My friend got the fish and raved about how well it was seasoned and cooked. If you are craving some good homestyle food like Granny use to make I highly recommend checking out Dulan's Century location.“
“This is a small place next to a small parking lot. So I was there on a rainy late Saturday afternoon and got right up to the order window. I had the fish and shrimp combo with cabbage and red beans & rice. The fish was fairly thickly and crunchy-battered cooked just right. The shrimp were quite large for a combo plate... this place isn't cheap, but they have it all down to a Cajun science. Food: 5* (Delicious to an item) Service: 5* (Delivered to my car) Looks like I'll be returning here!“
