“One day while working in the city of Corona, I was waiting for show it and stumbled upon a Peruvian restaurant. I decided to give it a try and ordered a saltado de marisco . It was a great choice and tasted delicious. The only thing that didn't quite meet my expectations were the sauces. They lacked the flavor of the yellow chili pepper and instead seemed more like spicy Mexican sauces.“
