“Stopped in this cafe on a whim today and was so happy I did. I got the breakfast sandwich with bacon. Everything was cooked to perfection. The sourdough was amazingly good, crisp and chewy, and the eggs were fluffy. The staff was so friendly and nice and the pricing was very reasonable. Wished I took photos but it was too good and I ate it so fast! Highly recommend this spot.“

“After our quick flight we were looking for a spot to grab coffee and a bite before a show at the Segerstrom Center. Most of the nearby recs on Reddit were super upscale—not really our vibe. We’re into the arts, sure, but we’re also lowkey and prefer somewhere relaxed. So glad we found Hola Adios. The coffee hit the spot, the breakfast burritos were delicious, and the chill, youthful energy of the place made us feel right at home. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area and want good food without the fuss.“

“Love our experience at Eightfold Tea Shoppe this past weekend. The girl working was very efficient and was straightforward with us letting us know that the drinks were going to take a little bit longer than usual as there were several orders ahead of us and she was the only one at the moment. It was definitely worth the wait, the drinks were made to perfection; good balance with the tea taste and sweetness. We ordered the Earl grey cheese cream and mango swirl.

Will definitely be coming back next time we are in the area.“

Risotto

“Again the food was very good. The appetizer was a mini burger made with very good beef. tasty with a surprise of a sweet pickle vs the usual dill. I normally dislike these but in this case it worked well as the pickle was not overly flavored w anise. My daughter had a wedge salad with a dressing much like Boursin cheese in a good way.I had a Turkey horse shoe sandwich ..this is a bit of white toast w a bit of turkey breast a few fries and a white sauce sort of like a taste of an open face roast turkey sand with . it was also very tasty well seasoned the turkey had nice texture was moist not dry. the withe sauce was velvety not starchy.we both had the same main..a Cornish pasty. In Northern Michigan these are as ubiquitous as burgers. normally they are made with a short cut pastry which tend to be sturdy and hard and very filling. this was like a savory flaky pie shell a nice surprise! the filling was proper meat potato and rutabaga well made tender and tasty.the wild rice cake was different. a bit denser than it need be the wild rice was a bit lost.the desert was..godd except I really do not care for buckeyes..I like peanut butter, but not the added stuff. It was well made balanced tasted as it should . Please if you like buckeyes this was a good one, just not my thing. the apple cake was very good rich and the apple had a strong flavor and was tart enough to offset the sweetness.

Parking: lots of close parking.“

But other pastries like mille feuille and lemon tart were incredible. Best mille feuille I've had in OC! There's no place to sit inside the cafe, but you can take your food and pastries to the general complex with portola etc, and there's lots of open seating spaces there“
