“Okay, I thought this was one of this joints where you order “Xtra Crack” in the comments and you get some smoking crack. Imagine my disappointment when I opened my bag and all I had was delicious chicken, fries and amazing coleslaw. Honestly though, I think that chicken has smoking crack in it cause I just finished eating and I’m already itching for some more…. Maybe you could help a fella out and get me some chicken? “Yes I got a burrito from one of there locations in San Bernardino California and it had a long piece of blonde hair in my burrito I returned it back to them and said how nasty it was to find hair in my burrito. They returned my money I ask for there customer service number to report what I found in my burrito a long piece of blonde hair so I spoke to someone she listened to my complaint and wrote everything down and said someone from upper management would call me. I have not heard back from no one yet I have called back three more times left my name and phone number and until today no call to me. Wow this is crazy hair in the food is nasty but for them to believe it’s not that big of a deal because they returned my money hell what about my pride I still get sick at my stomach just thinking about it.“
