“I recently visited bb.q Chicken in Costa Mesa and had a great experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, which made for a welcoming atmosphere. The portions were just right, and the food arrived impressively fast. I found the fries especially unique – they had a powdered cheese coating with a slight sweetness, adding an interesting twist.

The star of the meal was, of course, the chicken. It was juicy and flavorful, with a marinade that didn’t overwhelm the crispiness of the batter underneath. Since this is Korean cuisine, there’s a subtle hint of sweetness in most dishes. While sweet flavors aren’t usually my preference, I knew to expect it with Korean flavors, and it worked well here. The prices were reasonable, making it all the more worth it.

What really made my experience special, though, was the outstanding service. The manager, was incredibly welcoming, took the time to suggest the best sauces to pair with my chicken, and made me feel like a valued customer from start to finish. It’s not every day you encounter such genuine hospitality!

“Yes I got a burrito from one of there locations in San Bernardino California and it had a long piece of blonde hair in my burrito I returned it back to them and said how nasty it was to find hair in my burrito. They returned my money I ask for there customer service number to report what I found in my burrito a long piece of blonde hair so I spoke to someone she listened to my complaint and wrote everything down and said someone from upper management would call me. I have not heard back from no one yet I have called back three more times left my name and phone number and until today no call to me. Wow this is crazy hair in the food is nasty but for them to believe it’s not that big of a deal because they returned my money hell what about my pride I still get sick at my stomach just thinking about it.“
