“The restaurant is clean and well stocked. Service is fast. Employees friendly. Especially at drive-through. The morning staff on Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday at the drive-through are super friendly. Always greeting me with a smile. Staff is fast & friendly and always gets my order right. They also make sure I leave with all my items, never had to go back because they forgot something! I appreciate that.

“I’ve Never found a place better than Arsenio’s when it comes to their plates. I came for the carne asada burrito X2 + beans & rice and FREE SODA. I upgraded for the Jamaica. My burrito was delicious from the first bite to the very last. I also have 1 burrito left for tomorrow! I brought along a friend who enjoyed a grilled chicken Chimichanga. “This is a good Flame Broiler location. Great Food at a great price. Service is friendly and prompt. I could eat at this place everyday. Tried the ribs recently and they were pretty good, would get them again if I was in the mood for ribs.“

“I did order at terminal and take out. If you are using cc you can place your order at one of 3 computer terminals, grab a plastic number sitting next to the terminal, use that number when ordering. They will call that number, hand you your order and you are out. Currently they have the Dubai Shake which is the sides of the cup coated in chocolate and shake made with pistachios. It is a limited time shake and delicious if you don't have nut allergies. My burger was good, the basic Shake Shack burger.“

“I’ve been coming to the new CFA on Newport & 17th since they opened, always worried about going in to pick up a ToGo order as I use a cane and depending on the day, I walk okay or not! Today was one of those “Not” days and when my order was ready, the nicest young man named Seth, offered to carry my food, etc. to my car. He was so gracious and kind to me. “This is my go-to fast food on super busy days. I like the 1/2 and 1/2 with white rice. I've also tried the veggie one and the white meat chicken one. They're all good. Service is friendly and fast and healthier than other fast food choices.
