“The staff is always great! They have excellent burgers and fries. I don’t recommend the chicken strips, but that’s a personal opinion since I see other people eat them all the time. Great ranch! I find it easier to walk in and order than go through the drive thru, but they always get my order right, and are always friendly. The place is always clean, and usually busy. They get you in and out quickly. :)Parking: If they don’t have space for parking in between their restaurant and the pizzeria, then you can park behind the building, but it’s open, and only about 10 spots are not visible from their “main parking” area. It’s where I usually park when I come from Citrus.Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely wheelchair accessible, and the door is easy to open. I use a cane or a walker, and I’m able to get in and out without a problem.“
“Our family went on 3/30/24.Great service, the manager sat our party of 16 within 15 minutes. They accommodated us perfectly. We had five little ones with us and they brought their food out first which was awesome. Thank you so much for making our experience great!!Kid-friendliness: Great options for kids!“
“The food is just good comfort food with great personal service. My go-to dishes are the corn beef hash, short stack pancakes, and the French toast. I love their fried chicken and waffles! So good! Their burgers are great, too. Good coffee to boot!“
“For Years literal YEARS I’ll go clubbing with my friends and we’ll drive all the way from Pomona to this Dennys here in Duarte because the ones in Azusa and any other one on the way has either had bad food or poor service or anything else and this one specifically always over delivers at this specific location at late nights no matter what day of the week , day in day out , week after week , month after month. Extra thank you to Claudia our waitress for always here to serve with a smile , respect and patience for everyone including staff and patrons.“
“Had lunch at the Denny's on Grand Avenue in W. Covina yesterday. The Banana Caramel Pancskes were incredible, the eggs were to my liking, and the hash browns might just have been the best I've ever had. The waitress was courteous and very accommodating. Denny's probably won't ever win the Architectural Digest award for exceptional interior design, but this franchise pairs great food with great service. Couldn't ask for more!Vegetarian options: You can ask them to hold the meat on almost any dish. Maybe not on fried chicken, but otherwise . . .Parking: Plenty of places to park.Kid-friendliness: They love kids.“
“Came. To Denny's on Monday. And surprise the waiter. Juan was very attentive and courteous and very funny and very good service. Thank you Juan, I didn't change well, please I gave you 100% of the delicious food. And I quickly ask GOD VENDOES YOU JUAN, “
“Cute restaurant. Ordered breakfast burritos, and they are substantial but ordinary. The service was generic, with workers only interested in each others conversation. The decor is quite interesting with lots to look at and teach/talk about to a younger generation.“
“Such a cute diner. The wait time has never been too long. Front seating staff always friendly and looking to get us seated quickly. Food is good! Biscuits and gravy with sausages is great. They give you plenty of food. Sometimes wait staff little overwhelmed. But manage on duty always steps in!! We have been several time and will be back again for sure.“
“We are so pleased this location is back open. The renovation is beautiful. The menu selection is excellent and the food is consistently delicious. Francisco is a fabulous server and is always pleasant, attentive and congenial. Your business is lucky to have him as an employee. Thank you.“
“My friend and I met at Denny's for breakfast and coffee. The service was good and the food and coffee were great. There is lots of parking, including handicap parking, easy access, and lots of seating. I recommend this place.Parking: Azusa Avenue in Covina.“
“Just had my family over we were a table of 9. It was really busy and they still got us seated only having to wait a few minutes. The food was amazing everyone loved the menudo (only Saturday and Sundays). The staff was very attentive thank you everyone ?“
“Seriously, what do you expect. It's Denny's. We had a wonderful experience with our hostess. She was wonderful. It was a quiet afternoon in the restaurant and we share some great stories.Parking: Plenty of parking at 2pm!Wheelchair accessibility: My mom uses a walker and we had no trouble getting in from the parking lot.“
“This Denny's was a great branch, as I was traveling from Los Angeles to Las Vegas and was tired and a little sick. First, I only stopped by for a short coffee, but the atmosphere and the friendly lady serving at the establishment were so welcoming that I ate fried mozzarella and handed it to my mullah. Their music, coffee and fried mozzarella were very nice, everywhere was clean and I was not tired anymore. Thank you.“
“The food was good ?? the atmosphere was great, but the service could be better I know it was packed but there was a young lady that needed a little help because she was taking forever to come back when we ask for stuff. Thats pretty much it but so far it was awesome.“
“I had breakfast there today and the level of service provided by my waiter, Kano, was exceptional. I watched him service 10 to 12 tables in two differed languages, and provide excellent service. I was in and out in an hour and completely satisfied with the food, service, and atmosphere. Overall a great experiance.“
“This is my local Denny's and I have been going there for 45 years, breakfast, lunch, dinner and late-night food. I don't think that I have ever been dissatisfied with the food or service in all those years. If you are traveling through the area and need someplace to eat, you can't go wrong by stopping here.Update: This Denny's has a banner that says open 24x7, but the hours on Google say it closes at 10pm on Monday-Wednesday (confirmed by business last week). However, I walked in at 7pm on Monday to get some dinner and was told they are closing. So take down the 24x7 banner!“
“Places like Georgia's original bun and burger are a dying breed. First things first when coming here, come hungry. I've never left this establishment not feeling like I needed to loosen a button or two. Everything at this spot is also homemade and delicious. I've yet to try anything that is subpar. My personal recommendations are the burgers, on my last stop I had the pastrami burger with which I added cheese and grilled onions. Also a word of warning as well this joint has a large group of regular patrons so also come patient as there is limited space that may require you to wait. Wholeheartedly recommend this old fashion diner that I fervently hope continues to provide us Covina locals with delicious comfort food to imbibe in for decades to come.“
