The Dead Fish Reviews
Today was my first time going there and I got an excellent service
Without question one of our favorite restaurants in Northern California. Our Christmas day lunch special, and we stumbled upon our favorite waitress and also was introduced to their new manager. Excellent food excellent view excellent service excellent meal. Naturally, we will return. The Cioppino Stew and crab enchiladas are a must.
Food was good. Had fun with family. Will go again soon.

The Dead Fish is a local restaurant with a lovely view of the bridge and inner San Pablo Bay. The food is hearty and tasty, offering a variety of options such as clam chowder, bruschetta, whole crab, Louie salad, cheeseburger, mussels, creamed spinach, prime rib, garlic noodles, and shrimp alfredo. Customers find the fish to be always fresh, especially during crab season when crab Louie is popular. The atmosphere is loved, and the service is described as amazing and pleasant, though waiting times can be long even with a reservation. The restaurant is well-suited for big groups and offers vegetarian and gluten-free options. Parking is manageable if arriving early, and many visitors, including locals, come regularly, citing the clam chowder and generous crab feast as highlights. Overall, The Dead Fish provides a warm experience with friendly staff and good food, but patience is needed for peak times.
