“I had been wanting to go this place for the longest and finally did. It wasn’t crowded at all when I arrived and the lady who took my order was very helpful. She recommended the meal I chose. The food was cooked to order so it took some time but it was well worth it. The side servings were really small though. I don’t know if you can get a bigger size but I would suggest doing so. The food was good though. If you’re not going to dine in, I would suggest ordering before you go or you may be waiting a while. Overall, I would tell you to experience it yourself.

Parking: This place is located at the Westfield mall so there is parking, you just may have to walk a little bit.

But let me tell you, this place is a hidden gem. The service was quick, the chicken was incredibly tender, the garlicky rice was full of flavor, and the portions were huge. We’ve been to Savoy many times, but my friend said, ‘This is the best Hainan chicken rice I’ve ever had.’ Heng Heng is definitely a must-visit whenever I’m in town!“

We grabbed combo with 2 chicken sandwich and fries. My hubby got the mild and I got hot. Didn't think it would be like fuego in your mouth but it sure was good. The worker then said " too spicy" ,I said yes and no. She then said it was the green reaper chili they use on their sandwiches. From the menu, I tried the oven-roasted Korean BBQ wings, which were perfectly seasoned and juicy. The spicy seafood soup offered an ideal balance between spiciness and sea flavor, while the sweet & spicy sotteok (rice cake and sausage skewers) was an explosion of flavors. Lastly, the tornado potato was not only delicious but also a visual treat.

“I ordered half chicken with broccoli & carrots. OMG! Their chicken is so juicy & tender. It is roasted perfectly! They grill the vegetables with garlic oil, extra flavor! I also tried the Southwestern Bowl (wild rice, rotisserie chicken, street corn, sweet potato, tomato, pickled red onion, avocado with chipotle sauce). Super healthy choice!“

“The food here is not as good as the Macho burger in San Gabriel. They need to do a better quality control. The meat is super hard and dry here. We went here only because it’s closer but I would definitely go San Gabriel next time. BTW their ordering machine is not working when we are trying to order a combo meal. The waiter here is nice though, he tried his best to help us when the machine is not working. Otherwise I will give 3 stars instead of 4.“

“I went to Box Chicken for the first time today and picked up 2 box meals and an extra box of chicken tenders. I got a mix of original, hot and spicy tenders along with white rice, green beans, house pickles, potato salad and Japanese rice. Everything was delicious! Lol I almost ate the box too ?. Geo was our server and was really great in helping us order. I would definitely go back and also check out their other location.
