“This comment is for food only as I had someone do the pickup. The two-item combo is $11.99 and five-piece wing is $10.38, not a bad deal given the inflation era we have been living in.

We ordered:
Combo 1: Fried rice/Singaporean noodle half half,
Orange chicken, Spicy fish tofu. They all have excellent tastes and texture. The fish and tofu has a little numbing pepper in it which tastes legit and I really like it.

Combo 2: Chow Mein, mixed veggie, black pepper chicken, salt pepper shrimp. Again, the taste hit the spot. The shrimp is crispy enough to chew and eat the shell too.

5-piece wings: the wings are crispy outside and juicy inside. The original flavor makes it mild and not overall salty. Perfect for fried chicken.

In my opinion, the food is much better than Panda Express as they are less greasy and way less saltier. If you crave for a quick bite of fast food Chinese, I would highly recommend Golden Scoop!“

“The staff are pretty cool and friendly. I tried the honey butter chicken sandwich. It was really good! I loved the honey butter dripping on my hands, and the chicken was juicy and flavorful. My son loved his chicken strips and fries as well, except the medium turned out to be a little too spicy for him. We don't live in the area, but it was a nice spot for us to stop by for a quick lunch.“

Staff was really friendly and attentive, nice location, then they hand you a plastic fork that bends when you try to cut your chicken . . . really takes away from the otherwise very pleasant experience. “There's a lot of places that do Korean Fried Chicken in the South Bay, but the bbq.chicken chain does it, in my humble opinion, the best. It's double fried, so the chicken is super crunchy and super moist. I always get the wings and I love the spicy original and the galbi style. Not the biggest fan of the Caribbean style, but it is a Korean chain, go figure. The Redondo beach location is only for takeout.“

The chicken is just delicious! I always get the half chicken with two sides. People might balk at the price of $20 but the amount of chicken I get with that vs what I get in a $10 Chipotle chicken burrito is about 2.5x times the meat. Plus it just tastes better and it's jidori free range chicken.“

“The food here is not as good as the Macho burger in San Gabriel. They need to do a better quality control. The meat is super hard and dry here. We went here only because it’s closer but I would definitely go San Gabriel next time. BTW their ordering machine is not working when we are trying to order a combo meal. The waiter here is nice though, he tried his best to help us when the machine is not working. Otherwise I will give 3 stars instead of 4.“

“I went to Box Chicken for the first time today and picked up 2 box meals and an extra box of chicken tenders. I got a mix of original, hot and spicy tenders along with white rice, green beans, house pickles, potato salad and Japanese rice. Everything was delicious! Lol I almost ate the box too ?. “Just happened to stop by Wildbird and was very impressed. The free-range chicken was hot and crispy and tasted great. We had the full chicken meal and while it was a bit expensive, it was good. We had the beans and the I would highly recommend getting the sweet potatoes. If you do a Google review you get free salsa and chips. The chip seasoning was good. Geo was our server and was really great in helping us order. I would definitely go back and also check out their other location.

“I’m amazed. I was just passing by and decided to have Maui Chicken. DELICIOUS! I ordered salmon and avocado poke bowl, 100% recommend this place. Service amazing, they are very polite. It was a very hot day, I forgot to order water or anything to drink, the owner gave me a cold water bottle before leaving and said “it’s a very hot day outside, have some water”. They literally treat you like family. I saved this place in my favorites, I’m coming back. It wasn’t the free water for me, it was how kind they are here, they are laughing all the time, very nice energy. Food is AMAZING, taste and freshness are incredible. Portions are perfect, not too much rice. The plate comes with rice, A LOT of toppings, salad and mac&cheese for $19. It’s not overpriced at all, I don’t mind paying, when food and service are 5 stars. We split the Karaage as a light dinner/heavy snack, as well as small fries. The chicken was crispy on the outside and moist in the inside. It came piping hot and we ate at the outside seating (indoor seating not available). They packaged the food in to-go containers and it seems to primarily operate as a takeout spot.
