“So I’ll start this by saying that I’ve eaten a lot of gyros in my life. I like gyros. So when I saw there was a spot near me serving gyros, it really excited me and filled a craving that I had for awhile.
I got two lamb gyros with feta cheese and extra tomato/onions. I was greeted with a smile and a laugh from an extremely nice couple. They got my food to me quick and I devoured both. Honestly I could’ve just done one with how big they were.

“So good! We enjoyed all of it. Great vibe. Not too busy on a weeknight. Fun neighborhood to walk around. We each got the platter for one — he with butter chicken, me with Tikka Masala. They also came with daal and a special dish with garbanzo beans, rice, and whatever naan you chose. We also ordered cocktails. Mine was a spicy margarita and his was a Punjabi mango frozen cocktail. Both were very good. We also had chai with dinner and it was delicious. The server was very nice and gave us a gratis dessert of very sweet donuts in sauce.“

“We’re very happy to find a halal restaurant near where we’re staying. This was our first time trying Somalian food. The food taste was delicious and interesting and the portion was generous, easily shareable between two persons. Our dish had lots of beef and very flavorful rice.

The restaurant ambience was also interesting, it felt like going back to 1970-1980.“

“Walking into Casablanca Moroccan Kitchens is like finding a hidden gem. It’s on Melrose, but once you’re inside, you feel like you've been transported to a beautiful home in Morocco. The place is decorated so beautifully—all these vibrant colors and rich details that make you feel like you’re on a vacation.
The people who run the place are the best. They are so warm and welcoming, and they make sure you're taken care of from the moment you walk in. It's truly a family feel, and the chef often comes out to say hello, which is a really nice touch.
The food is incredible. They have a set menu that makes ordering so easy because your meal includes appetizers, a salad, and an entrée. The lamb tagine is a must-try. It's so tender it literally falls off the bone and is full of amazing flavor. The chicken pastilla is also a standout—it's this delicious mix of sweet and savory with flaky pastry. The couscous is perfect, light and fluffy, and pairs great with any of the meat dishes.
Now, let's talk about drinks. A great thing about this place is that you can bring your own drinks. Just make sure to ask your server before you set them on the table. And a heads-up on parking: it's street parking only, so you might have to look around for a spot.

“This experience at H&H has been one of our favorite times at the restaurant. We’ve been to other locations but the service and people here at the Beverly Hills location really takes the cake. “Visited the Manchester UK restaurant today. Did not like it at all!!! Had to wait 20mins for my order and when it came it looked disgusting. The slider I got was a real thin, tough piece of chicken which wasn't very tender and the batter was over done and tasted greasy which was no surprise as it dripped out when I got the carton out and had a hint of a beef taste. The fillet included was just the same but a little bigger but the fries were the saving grace! They were nice a fluffy but the chicken here is terrible and wouldn't visit again. The staff were great but the food was terrible and it didn't even taste like chicken! No wonder they have spice it's to disguise the taste! Anyone trying for the first time I'd recommend getting it with no spice to get what it actually tastes like! Rank and horrible! Will go elsewhere for better quality chicken.“

For the appetizers, my favorites were the Kashk E'bademjan (Eggplant Delight), Potato Salad, and the Hummus! They have more selections, but this is what I was able to try. I hear all are great! For the Entrees, ALL OF THEIR KABOBS ARE FIRE (MMM MMMM YUMMY). I had a sample of most them and in the islands, we would say "broke da mouf kine", which translates to, the food is *beep beep* GOOD! If you've never had Persian Food, or you love it, this is the restaurant for you! Drinks? I love Korean Soju and Cass beer, so yeah, +10 points from me. They do carry various Wines and Beers though...and of course your choice of Soda Pop. Atmosphere? It' gives you a Kewl Kids Vibe; a classy place where you can be yourself with family and friends and just enjoy each others company. You have your choice of Indoor and Outdoor dinning which is amazing. There's also a private room upstairs that can hold 20 people for a meal and karaoke (there is a fee to reserve, but very much worth it). Staff? We were greeted at the door as if we were coming home. Pasha and his staff go above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met. Their suggestions on meal and drink pairings are spot on. I can't thank Pasha and the crew for making our group outing a success. Overall? I'll be going back and I hope that you add this restaurant to your list of 'go to' places to dine at. You will not be disappointed, I promise you. (Unless your attitude stinks or you're not willing to try new food ‍) Pasha again, thank you so much for the hospitality. “Excellent fish tacos!! I grab them whenever I get the craving! Best days to go are on Wednesdays when they are only $2! It can get a bit crowded on that day but just know that they've gotten the Fish Taco Wednesday operation down to a science so they get you in and out pretty quickly!
Do be prepared to bus your own table, the spray is on the trash!
Do order at least 2-3 because they're not very big!
