Drink machines in this location look dirty and run down. I wonder when the last time the insides were cleaned out. Drinks were passable but did not taste very fresh. Small portions for food and were average taste.
It used to be good for a quick meal! This time, my chicken avocado chipotle melt sandwich was over baked, hard, and had no chicken in it was dry. I'll try it again by eating in rather than taking dinner out. The problem may be that you don't know what you have until you get home. If you eat there and its jot right, you can give it right back to them. It is very disappointing and not fair to take out customers.

I typically get great service at the Jefferson Panera. I went there today and most of the staff was in front having a meeting. I was first in line with 2 customers behind me. We waited 15 minutes before an employee in the back saw us and said, “I’ll be right back “.
